I didn't expect to tear up so quickly in this post- but seeing someone run to the dog they thought they lost... oh my heart.

That house is nothing but charred remains and this pup seems ok, I wonder how. Definitely nothing short of a miracle.

Oh Lord, the emotions this woman probably went thru, from being heartbroken, to being filled with joy that her best friend made it. I probably would not have been able to handle that

Why did they not think to get the dog? I've been part of a house fire when an old Neighbors house burnt down. I had time to knock on their door, try to put the fire out with a house hose and help them get several things from the house. I get that it's chaotic, but the dog should have been high on the list of things to be accounted for.

It's really a shame you weren't there to show them how it's properly done.

Every fire is different, as are people's reactions to that emergency, but I wouldn't leave the house without my dog. No way could I abandon her to burn to death or die from smoke inhalation. I'd rather die along with her than suffer the guilt. That being said, seeing this dog appear apparently unscathed at the front door of his burned-out house reaffirms my faith in God above.

This made me cry. A couple of weeks ago I heard about a family who lost their 2 dogs in a fire. 😭I would die of a broken heart if that happened to me.

Did you meow ? I noticed that's how they try to understand what's wrong if a human meows or do other questionable acts.

Boomer should be proud! They should do this at shelters to help the pets get adopted.

it's a common practice to raise cheetah cubs with puppies as playmates. I think I heard that they do the same with race horse and goats.

"Shame on you"?? Seems a bit much don't you think? Maybe the pup is a service dog and is in it's full right to be there?? I think I'm just going to enjoy the picture and leave it up to you to place shame on people...

Poor dolphin locked in a tiny pool. Your dog was probably an interesting distraction.
