That's actually a very sweet idea! Outside of work, the only human interaction I get is when I go to the shops, which is only once a week. Sometimes it's just nice to hear people chat, maybe even contribute a line or two.

To date, I have never run across a bandaid that was that close in colour to my own skin.

I’m ashamed to say that as a white person, this had never crossed my mind. I’m glad that someone noticed and made a difference.

When I was a child, Crayola's "peach" color was named "flesh". Now they have boxes of crayons for just different skin tones. It IS getting better, just slowly.

Even the supposed white ones have never blended in for me. I am way to fair skinned for those. Glad the band-aid people finally realized people come in multiple shades and not just that one "white" color.

But invisible bandaids and cartoon ones are still awesome :D

I know it's not the same but my skin is so pale that no band-aid has ever matched it. But I am glad that they are making ones with darker tones for people with darker skin.

I never thought it was to match your skin.. i thought it was the normal color of a bandage .I'm a pale white freckled red head and none of the bandages mached me ..they were too dark tan peachy colored. When my children were little I would just but on their bandages of batman star wars barbie dora.

No offense, but I didn't know the whole "bandage doesn't match my skin tone" thing was such a big deal.

Band-aids are supposed to be in your 'skin tone' but who's skin tone. Things like this are amazing and so worth it.

I am white and I've never found a bandaid in my own skin tone. And I don't care.

When I was a kid, 60+ years back, all bandaids were a beige-y color that matched no one's skin. I always wondered who they were supposed to match up with. I sorta thought they were supposed match white people, although no one was really that color. I wondered what kids with darker skin thought about wearing these beige things. And then they came out with Stars and Stripes bandaids and I bought those and any fun ones they had. I think it is great that they finally got a color that's right for someone!

And here I go buying band aids in blue and neon's with minions or dinosaurs or birds or cartoon figures.... I wasn't really aware anyone else wasn't as happy about band aids as me...

We need more of them. I'm always in the band aid aisle and have never seen them.
