A question for the vegans: Would you eat eggs from well-treated pet chickens and ducks, that are given the run of a country mini-farm, where they can eat whatever natural foods they like in addition to their chicken feed? No judgement either way, I'm just curious because a friend has those chickens.

To change your diet is always difficult, because you're not only missing food you're used to eat, but food wares that belong to your family's culture.

Vegan diets are usually chosen in teens or adulthood. So food cravings not in any way bad. I will never understand the all or nothing attitudes to anything people. You're trying to loose weight but you ate a single piece of candy. You're not going loose weight if you eat a piece chocolate. I told you couldn't stay on your diet.
