UPS Guy Takes Selfies With All The Neighborhood Dogs While Delivering Parcels (50 New Pics)
InterviewToday, we’d like to share with you a wholesome collection of photos straight from New Orleans. If you’re a dog lover who simply can’t resist and just has to give some pets to any dog passing you by, you will surely relate to this content. Jason Hardesty, who’s a part of the large North American company UPS, became popular on his social media thanks to the pictures capturing him and all the dogs he meets while working that he shares on a regular basis.
Last time, we asked him about how the idea of creating his Instagram profile first came to his head, and we found out: “It actually happened accidentally. You could say I came up with the idea when I randomly decided to pick up a dog to take a photo for fun, and then I just posted it on my Instagram. I didn’t expect to gain any attention from it, but I believe the picture got something like 100 likes, and back then, I thought that was a lot! Also, surprisingly I received a lot of positive comments!"
Scroll down to see the most recent images shared by the UPS driver on his social media profile, and if you’d like to see the earlier photos we featured in the previous posts, make sure to check them out.

I'm upvoting all the doggos even though I am getting quietly judged by my felines... Felines great and small are still the pets closest to my heart (I felt it necessary to justify my actions 😂)
Bored Panda contacted Jason Hardesty again and asked him some questions about the wholesome pictures of him and the dogs. First, we were wondering how his coworkers and supervisors at UPS reacted when they found out about Jason’s Instagram account. He shared with us: “I’ve always tried to be very humble about it because I understand the attention it brings and I’ve always been a hard-working guy so management has never had any problems with it as long as I get the work done.”
OMG, so funny. The wee dog look like he's just got home from a night out at a club where he'd been on illegal substances. So funny.
Asked about any unusual or unexpected encounters with animals, aside from dogs, during his deliveries, Jason said: “I’ve met rabbits, goats and pigs. I of course found that interesting because you don’t normally find those in New Orleans neighborhoods. Maybe a few chickens here or there.”
I would take the job for this reason only - I can see dogs all day. What a benefit!
Load More Replies...I love French bulldogs. They look like adorable potatoes with happy faces.
Every time is see a Frenchie I want to do this! But I also don’t want to go to jail.
He is! Frenchies can be a little hard to read but a lot of dogs "crinkle" their eyes when happy or relaxed.
Load More Replies...Ahhh it looks just like my baby when he was widdle!!! Love them both :)
We also wanted to know if there are any favorite dog breeds or specific types of animals that Hardesty enjoys encountering during his deliveries. The UPS employee told us: “Number one has to go to any rescue dogs. There’s a special place in my heart for people who give dogs a second chance. Favorite breed, my energy matches, a golden retriever. We relate very well.”
This guy is so photogenic. He looks good in every picture. And I can't believe the rapport he has with all these dogs!
Lastly, we wanted to know if Jason ever thought about expanding his online presence or creating content beyond Instagram, such as a YouTube channel or a blog about his experiences. Hardesty shared with us: “At this time, the job I have is very time-consuming, but definitely, the end goal is to work with rescues and get as many dogs adopted as possible.”
Beautiful Weimaraner puppy. Blue eyes and all and posing for his picture. Puppies are the bomb!
I say Geoffrey, put your tongue away. Your letting the side down doncha know. While your at it put the other thing away aswell. We don't want this fellow to be too embarrassed to deliver here again.
I love all of Jason's expressions. He is genuinely having such an amazing time meeting all these pups.
The dog is leashed so the owner is nearby. No owner will let their dog be held if they're uncomfortable with it.
Load More Replies...Hey Corgi Queen, get your little self in here! This picture is one of my favorites.
He should be a pet Santa Claus each Christmas. He's got the looks and apparently the personality. All he needs is a great Santa hat, beard, mustache, and a picture snap from each pet parent. Maybe a little green in his stocking ( or pocket) to boot!
Kitty is saying "I am not a dog! How dare you include me with these mutts!"
What a cutey! Would be even cuter if someone didn't have the ears cut off!
I think that gorgeous pupper is a Blue Merle Chow Chow. I had one and she was gorgeous and she died at eighteen years of age. They have such unique personalities and are very loyal.
Looks like a Blonde Retriever pup. Sweet as a golden. Could be wrong but at least they're both so photogenic.
The driver is pretty cute and fluffy as well. :-)
Load More Replies...Clearly, your joy is reciprocated by the puppers and you are kind to share these images with the larger online community. There is so much awfulness in the world right now; you, sir, are a gift. Thank you.
Indeed it’s a cute pup. However now that French Bulldogs have become the new popular breed, there are far too many unscrupulous breeders only doing it to make a quick $$$. The markings on this pup is prime example of this. A reputable breeder doesn’t do this and this is not a standard color for Frenchies.
Load More Replies...Thw puppy looks like it‘s about to puke 😂. Very cute photos and i love his smile.
Is it a requirement that everyone have a puppy at all times where he lives?
Yes. It is a requirement throughout the United States that all able bodied Americans should own as many dogs as possible, sacrifice their own comfort to feed them, and spoil them beyond all reasonable limits.
Load More Replies...Looks like he's having a good time with this English Bulldog, if I'm right who is such a beautiful baby.
To deliver for UPS you need to be able to lift a minimum weight. Can't remember what it is but I'm sure it's more than than I could lift all day!
Load More Replies...Looks more like a Havanese to me. Their faces aren't quite as squished. Cute little boogers and about the same size as Shih Tzus. VERY energetic.
Load More Replies...You are a blessing in this world of turmoil! Please, never stop. Many blessing to you, kind sir.
Great guy and obviously they sense that there all sooooo cute l love it!!!!
This little white babe is sooo young but is certainly not afraid to pose. Merry Christmas, brave baby.
Awwwww!!!! One of my faves so far!!! And the corgi, the blue pittie, the aussie...
That guy is someone worth a whole lot more than he is being paid no matter what his wage is.
This UPS driver is so photogenic and every photo made me smile!
I LOVE these photos. And there will be some 'people' that want to call the police because 'he doesn't belong in our neighborhood! Get a grip people! Yes, I'm talking to all the 'Karens' here!
I LOVE this guy! UPS should be very proud to have him on their team!

No wonder this guy's so popular with canines - he must smell like all the dogs of New Orleans rolled into one.
It could be a blue tri merle with an extremely white head, but to me it looks more like the dog has vitiligo, the auto immune disease that causes a loss of pigment.
Load More Replies...Nope, my flatmate has a black pug they just have gathered wrinkles and flood down there
Load More Replies...Other then saying the same thing twice I don't know why they downvoted you so here's a little lift :)
Load More Replies...This is one of the best posts I have ever seen on BP! Kudos to this guy, the dogs are adorable, and BP - THANK YOU for this! XXXXOOOO
This post brought me great joy! This is one joyful HUMAN! Bless them!
UPSers and dogs have a special relationship. My husband was a driver for 25 years and had a cadre of pups that absolutely went nuts when they heard the UPS truck coming. On the other hand, over the years he also had a bunch of wounds and stitches from aggressive dogs 'protecting' their territory. He never blamed the dog, but he did get frustrated with the irresponsible owners.
Are UPSers encouraged to love dogs? I don't think I've ever seen a picture of a FedEx driver with a dog. My Brittany is also infatuated with UPS trucks and can pick them up by their sound. I just don't get it. She's only ever met 1 driver.
Load More Replies...What a kind and gentle soul this lovely man is! We need more like him. His photos with these amazing and beautiful dogs are both touching and being a smile.
