UPS Driver Posts The Adorable Dogs He Meets On Routes And The Internet Is Here For It (30 New Pics)
Interview With AuthorJason Hardesty is part of the large North American company UPS, which delivers parcels not only throughout the country, but also worldwide too. Despite the heavy and fast-paced routine that makes Jason drive all day, it seems that he has found a way to make work just a little bit more entertaining. Whenever he gets a chance, the delivery driver pets the dogs whose owners are about to receive a parcel from UPS. The driver also takes adorable pictures with the playful pups and as far as we can tell, there is definitely no form of disapproval from the dogs themselves.
We have previously featured the dog-loving UPS driver in one of our posts, but this time we are sharing some of the new pictures Jason took while on the route to deliver these pup-owners their precious parcels.

That is adorable! And also a very patient chihuahua - which is something I didn't know existed.
The dog probably bit the driver right after this picture was taken
Load More Replies...Ah, but the friendship didn't last long. When the UPS driver returned, the dog was wearing a FexEx uniform.
I've posted twice and then kept scrolling and saw the rest of the doggies. Where are the heart emojis when you need them? My god man, how many women have professed their undying love to you by the end of your post? The level of cuteness is too much and by this point I'm not sure if I'm even talking about the dogs anymore. Seriously though, too adorable. You must surely be a kind person.
Bored Panda was really keen on finding out how the friendly delivery driver got started with his Instagram account and the whole idea itself, as taking pictures with all of those pups seems like a challenge!
“It actually happened accidentally. You could say I came up with the idea when I randomly decided to pick up a dog to take a photo for fun, and then I just posted it on my Instagram. I didn’t expect to gain any attention from it, but I believe the picture got something like 100 likes, and back then, I thought that was a lot! Also, surprisingly I received a lot of positive comments! Of course, compared to the likes and comments on some of my pictures I get now, it seems like barely anything, but back then, it seemed like a lot and it motivated me to keep going! My motive to keep going became even stronger recently, given the days we are living in right now. I feel like what I’m doing means a lot to me because these photos bring a lot of joy to many people in these dark times.
Now that I think about it, I think I’ve been posting all of those pup pictures on my Instagram for over 3 years. Fun fact! I post a new picture with a new dog every Friday!”
Taking the opportunity, we also asked Hardesty what was his favorite picture out of all the ones he has posted on his Instagram account.
“I don’t think I have a single favorite photo. There are a lot of pictures that I like, but my favorites are definitely the ones where I’m not the only one smiling. In other words, my favorite pictures are the ones where the dog is smiling too. Those, in particular, bring me a lot of joy and remind me why I like doing this job!”
Of course, dogs aren’t the only reason that keeps Jason working as a delivery driver for UPS.
“Besides the dogs, which now turned out to be a big part of my job too, my favorite part of the job is interacting with customers. At this point, I know most of the customers that I deliver the parcels to and they know me as well, so it’s just really fun being out there with them nearly every day!”
Man, I love corgis. They're definitely my "if I could afford a purebred and wouldn't feel horribly guilty about not rescuing from a shelter" dog.
the Pembroke Welsh Corgi Club of America does have rescue groups! Also if you don't want a puppy, there are breeders that will sell older/retired show dogs
Load More Replies...I want to say "Someone give this man a modelling contract ASAP" but he wouldn't meet many dogs that way...still, UPS could issue an official calendar
Sometimes you can find corgis at shelters - my parents did years ago and she was the absolute sweetest girl
see my neighbors. they have 2 one dies, they get another. ask them where their infinate supply comes from
Load More Replies...The puppy's curly-haired ears are ridiculously cute, and honestly, Jason (the young UPS driver in the photographs) is incredibly photogenic.
As we mentioned previously, the thought of taking so many pictures with dogs could seem challenging, but apparently not for the friendly and pup-loving delivery driver!
“I don’t think there are any challenges when it comes to taking pictures with dogs, but that’s just because most of my photos are taken with puppies, so it’s really hard to get into any kind of trouble with them. It's actually rather easy to take photos with them!”
We also asked about any funny stories that Jason might’ve had under his sleeve, and here’s what we got:
“The one story that comes to mind is that one time where I was trying to hold a small puppy... and, well, one thing led to another, and the little fella got a little bit scared, and unfortunately for me, he peed on me.”
That is one photogenic young man and one photogenic pupper!
Awww, I love the little tongue "blep." Chihuahuas are truly goofy dogs when it comes down to it-- a lot of bark and no bite.
I have a long haired lil guy who is super protective and gives a whole new meaning to the phrase "ankle biter"
Load More Replies...Chihuahuas have a real problem with their teeth. Sadly a lot of them have to have their teeth removed. This causes the tongue to protrude. Looks cute but is a sign of losing teeth.
What a big floof! I am talking about the dog. The UPS driver is simply awesome!
I know, you can just see in his face how happy he is with all his doggie friends!
Load More Replies...fluffy!my neighbor has a dog like this but loves to jump on you
Golden retriever, either purebred or mixed with something else.
Load More Replies...Akiyas were bred to hunt bears, but they look like fluffy teddybears
Load More Replies...Ok is this only me or does this man in this pic look like Joe from soul? idk lol
What a sweet photograph! Who doesn't love/need dog kisses?
My doxie likes to lick, too. Sometimes when he's sitting next to me on the couch, he'll turn to me and just start licking my arm.
my fav siberian huskiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii- *EXPLODES OF CUTENESS*
*comes in with mop and bucket* I'm told there was an explosion of cuteness.
Load More Replies...I adore Huskies and Malamuts, but I think the combination of their piercing, icey-blue eyes and dark fur around them makes them look permanently miffed. My close friend has a Malamut who is as sweet as can be, but looks like it is wearing a constant expression of concern.
Load More Replies...He won't be able to hold me like this when I catch up with my big paws.
Sir, I think that is actually a young lion you are posing with.
That's exactly what my baby boy was like , but black on his face. He's huge now . Also long haired sheperds shed less than short hair , didn't know that
Oh, if only I was young again....the puppies are adorable. On the other hand the UPS guy is double adorable.
Load More Replies...Don't think its a Berner. Could be a Australian Shepherd.
Load More Replies...This puppy is identical to a malamute I had named Timber. This melts my heart 😍
Did Comics just call my smile, goofy? I think you're just jealous that my smile is bigger than yours. LOL
I like that he takes as much delight in chubby old dogs as he does in chocolate box puppies.
If the dog in your picture is yours, you are so lucky, he's handsome and seem so nice !!!!
Load More Replies...The dog looks like s/he has just thought of something wonderful.
I love this pooch he reminds me so much of my setter Barney. We lost him two years ago in June but the colours are the same.
So, no the view is not any better from up here. I have height issues. Please return me to ground where I am comfortable. NOW!
911, what’s your emergency? .... your dying of cuteness? We’ll be right over sir.
Chaotic _pansexusl is correct. Spend 30 seconds or less to google next time before you reply to someone's comment.
But kudos for her patience explaing the same thig over and over under all thos dumb comments.
Load More Replies...I wish people would read comments before asking the same question everyone else has ; that's why I come to the comment first :P Maybe it's for its ears or maybe the puppy had just been sent through the post and still had protective packaging on..like the shiny plastic they stick on new appliances :P
With pups who’s ears are supposed to naturally stand up, they can have issues if the ears don’t stand up. So at a certain age it is humane to use splints to hold the ears upright while the like cartilage or whatever hardens. That way you run into less issues with ear injuries and infections and stuff. And usually the tape around it isn’t directly on the ear, but on the outside of like, popsicle sticks. Plus the pup doesn’t look like it’s in pain
Load More Replies...@Nora- the very first dog’s ears stood naturally. Floppy ears are actually the ones that were bred in by humans. If you don’t believe me, dogs were descended from wolves. Tell me the last time you saw a wolf with droopy down hanging ears.

Load More Replies...It’s not. I posted the same response under the other three people, so go ahead and read that. Most likely the pup is perfectly fine.
Load More Replies...Which means he is quite the guy. Dogs are great judges of character.
Load More Replies...That dog has his eyes on someone else.... you're cute but something is more interesting over yonder.
If I have this dog it would be named frijol ( bean in English)
(turning head demurely) "Oh, I suppose you can take my picture. Make sure to get my good side."
This dog would be named lil marsh ( short for little marshmallow)
Is it a Teddy Bear or a Tea Cup poodle? In any case it's beyond cute and deserves to be recorded so we can all smile!!
the sheer enthusiasm this man has is truly contagious, such a lovely guy :)
Agreed! Seeing that level of joy and excitement in someone can't help but make you smile :-D
Load More Replies...This would so be me as a delivery person! Dogs, cats, goats, chickens, all the animals!!! I probably wouldn't get much work done though
What a great guy. Definitely a dog lover. Wish there were more like him in the world.
Some dogs smile, some others look sullen. And the driver is always happy. Good photos :)
Do you think his boss is fed up with him taking twice as long as everyone else to do his deliveries? :P
I think it says a lot of good things about him as a person that all these dogs trusted him enough to let him hold and hug them.
These were all so cute! UPS man has a great soul and I hope they take more :)
