We Travelled 26.000Km In 4 Months From Romania To Mongolia With Our 6-Year-Old Sitting In A Sidecar
After our previous trips around Europe and to the Caucasus, we decided to try something else, so we traveled to Mongolia, on a four-month, 26.000kms trip in our sidecar motorcycle, through 12 countries.
You can see our route in the picture below.

The Most Beautiful Rainbow We've Ever Seen, In Kyrgyzstan
They wish :/ ethnic and political conflicts, economic troubles, a law banning women under the age of 23 from traveling abroad without a parent or guardian, a law that imposes jail terms on gay-rights activists and others, I guess they surely could do with a bit of luck :/

Panda Invasion On The Streets Of Iran
No, the pandas aren't the right size. They are stuffed animals.

Don’t let the opinion of the average yank fool you. Iran is an amazing and beautiful country.
How are people asking if these are real pandas?! What the hell people?
laugh at me all you want but I am terrified of pandas, this is my worst nightmare. I legitimately have the most disgusted look on my face whilst my hand is covering half of my face and typing this comment.
no laughing from me. I am deathly scared of spiders. I can't even handle pictures of them. No judgement!

Second part of the comment seems to imply something unpleasant
Load More Replies...Why do show these pictures when you blur the face of your own child?
Probably for the same reason as I refer to my children as Satan and Demonspawn (although they were called that at home) online rather than by their given names. Or why hubby is TheEngineer and our grandbaby is the Wee Dictator. Anonymity of a sort for people online, especially not showing children who can easily be identified online.

The only exception she experienced came when she visited Vladivostok, Russia, shortly after that city was opened to westerners. During her stay there a woman came up and said, “If I could get my daughter to America, I could die happy.”

They ran out of gas 8 months ago. What do you think's been moving that bike along?

Lunch Brake By The Side Of The Road, In Uzbekistan
Not everyone is a native speaker.. this happens on YouTube as well. Please respect us!

What time of year is it? Love the local culture....What an experience!
@Mama Panda : andrew kurkovsky made it into a pun and i thought it was funny and quite clever, and i upvoted it before posting my initial comment. correcting the spelling is ok, when it's done nicely, and when they also show appreciation for the rest. otherwise it's called mockery at best. i'm not a native speaker and as such i know it can be intimidating to post in a foreign language, so i guess i was being overly protective. i wasn't expecting to be stepping on so many toes though, i'm finding this quite interesting ! i think it's more of a general missunderstanding but everyone (perhaps including me) is being very aggressive. that's sad. let's make war or something... @Just a Purpler : how can you tell whether it was a problem or not ?
I'm with Priscilla. It's looks amazing, but I'm from Canada where a fam did a very similar thing. They kidnaped/ransomed. Lived 6 yrs in captivity where the mother and children suffered unimaginable indignities. It's got NOTHING to do w/fast food, or sheltered North American existences and EVERYTHING to do with world issues and the current state of political affairs in these countries. Are some great photos /memories worth the risk? Not to me, not for my daughter. There r places to go where pretty similar memories can be made without these dangers. Some would argue its brave and cultured. Others will say it's unnecessary risk, esp for the mother and 6 y/o girl in some of these parts unfortunately
And what makes you assume that Uzbekistan is not "safe"?

Yikes, this must have been an exciting little mistake, especially for the sidehack passengers.
This was truly the trip of a lifetime to an area we seldom get to see. And you've given an incredible gift to your son. Thank you for sharing your wonderful pictures and please continue to enjoy traveling the world. (Somehow I don't think this is the only trip of its kind you're going to take.) May you always have clear skies and safe passage.
amazing content, this is the reason why I visit bored panda, not all that political social justice c**p that bored panda been recently filling up with.
At least 2 people have downvoted you being against SJW's. Notice how they just downvoted you instead of trying to explain why we should care about their causes. Oh yeah, because they just like to be outraged.
Load More Replies...Everyone talking about this being a much more valuable educational experience than text book, you are, in part, correct. However, it would be nice for people to stop denigrating formal education. It is very important that children have both. This young boy will have a great start having had such amazing experiences.
I clicked on this on a bored whim thinking I wouldn't give a c**p. Pleasantly surprised.
Fabulous. I ran out of comments. Proves there are still adventures to be had. Stay safe.
Incredible photography, very different than I'm used to seeing of this area.
