awe, its like the old goats gruff but sweeter. I want to go make friends with this little boy. I wonder if his parents tossed him off the bridge like another story I have heard... The mother and the father were perfect people, no flaws just beautiful. They couldn't say the same for there child. He was "a ugly little beast" the parents couldn't let anyone notice how horrid there family was so they tossed him of a bridge into the river below. A year later they gave birth to a beautiful little girl. Flawless, just like her parents. She grew up to be around 3 years old. the girl and her mother went on a walk one fall morning over the bridge. once they were on the middle of the bridge the little girl grabbed onto the mother's leg with fear. "What wrong?" the mother asked. "mama, please. I love you! I will be good. please don't throw me off the bridge again!"

have actually read stories about her; though NH doesn't have a "good" reputation itself as far as executing women in their small villages/towns that their neighbors accused of witchcraft. during my own visits to NH it always felt a bit creepy as all townsfolk still seem to treat outside visitors with a great deal of suspicion... guess i was rather unfamiliar w/ what seemed like their unfriendly ways & felt like i amongst a horde of very old fashioned, puritans.
