Artist Hilariously Illustrates Everyday Life With Her Fiancé And Their Four Cats, And We Can’t Get Enough
After you build a foundation with someone and spend a good amount of time getting to know each other, you realize that your everyday life can be just as romantic as that concert you flew to when started seeing each other. You just have to make the most of it. 'Our Super Adventure' is a funny comic diary by Sarah Graley that revolves around her long-term relationship, and the series perfectly proves that a cute couple needs only each other to feel happy. And four pet cats.
Sarah met her partner, Stef around eight years ago. "I was making plush ghosts for an indie punk band that we both really like (Johnny Foreigner, they're great and you should check them out!), and the band advertised a link to my Tumblr page and we ended up meeting through Tumblr pretty much," she told Bored Panda. "A few years later we went on a first date and the rest is history! Stef recently proposed to me on our seventh anniversary which was super sweet!"
Sarah started 'Our Super Adventure' as a way of documenting little moments in her and Stef's cute relationship and they really resonated with people. "We talk to loads of people at comic shows and online who tell us that they do the silly stuff we do in the cute comics as well and that's really sweet!"
"I grew up with adorable cats, so when I and Stef started renting a house together, it didn't take long for us to come to the decision that we'd love to get cats of our own," Sarah added. "We got Pesto and Toby in October 2013, and they were sisters from the same litter. A year or so later, Pesto got pregnant and had a litter of four - we kept Wilson and Pixel." The rest went to their relatives.
Also, the first 'Our Super Adventure' book is being re-released by Oni Press in March 2019. Titled "Our Super Adventure: Press Start To Begin", it is coming out just as the second 'Our Super Adventure' collection, "Video Games and Pizza Parties," was funded on Kickstarter for a special first edition!

That's the rule here. Cats have right of domain. Problematic when someone gets a cramp in their leg, to heed nature's call, etc.

Amazing how tiny cats expand on a bed. And usually not up and down, either. Side to side, so the humans end up sleeping in about an inch of space right on the edge...

Omg if you look at the comment from the comic above this, the person who commented is so called "giant space tiger" and the picture on the tv in this comic is a giant tiger with little zaps..... like from outer space. Anyway..............just thought I say that. I'm really bored:)

You can't win. If you don't let them in, they scratch and meow/bark at the door until you open it. Children are just as bad. Animals or kids, bathroom privacy becomes a luxury of the past. But you wouldn't have it any other way.

Lol. I always zero in on the dog. I sometimes don't even see the owner. This was particularly embarrassing when I saw a cute dog and his owner that I thought so. Then I noticed that she had a baby and lamely said, "your baby is cute too." I think she knew I was just paying lip service cause I didn't even really see the baby.

I just look at the pet, ask about the pet, learn the pet’s name... later just talk to the pet asbif the owner isn’t there. I don’t know the owner or their name. Just the pet....

I have a cat that smells musty like he's been shut in a cupboard for a few years. My other cat smells like cat unless she's been at the neighbours, then she smells of perfume... traitor.

Check the musty cat's dental hygiene - fun\awful fact - "cat smell" (mmmm) is from the saliva covering the cat from all the washing. Sniff a wet bit of cat just after a tongue bath, and you'll see. Cat 1 might have gum problems or something.
