You can eat it because there is actually not that much fondant once you remove the decorations. You make the cake and then usually freeze it for a while before coating it in butter icing and then putting the fondant on top. Add the decor and stunning cake. Source: I have baked cakes like this and have a friend who does this semi professionally

I had this cake for my 14th birthday! I don't have a photo, but it looked great too! (Thanks to my mum). Top tip though: if you want to make it, don't bother with ganache - just use nutella. It gives it a bit of variation in the chocolate too.

I’ve also become an expert in making these rustic loaves in my Dutch oven. I feel very accomplished and pleased with myself when I pull one out of the oven, but then impatient as I wait for it to cook enough to eat. With lots of butter. Sometimes I make my own cultured butter too. Seems like I should make both next week now I am reminded of their deliciousness.

Friends with and work sometimes for an owner of a florist. What you got was so much nicer and glad you're happy with the "not exactly" like the photo. You wouldn't believe the number of people who order something online and expect the end result to look 100% like the photo. A gifted florist will make something creative and beautiful - let them. Don't expect a cookie cutter design - a monkey can do those.

The only thing that sucks about Banff and the Rockies are the high prices, emissions, and wildlife harm all those tourists cause. If we had carbon neutral tourism it would be awesome. I grew up near Banff but only ever visited once because of all the tourists clogging up the place and the high prices because of the tourists. Also, for the last time, DON'T STOP TO TAKE PICTURES OF THE BEARS YOU IDIOTS! Leave them alone, and stop feeding the deer. We constantly have to put down animals because of tourists...

Anyone who doesn't like these, to make watermelon (looking, not flavored) ice cream, take a pint of lime sherbet, let it soften, then smash it against the (in)sides of a freezer-safe bowl, preferably a round one. Put in freezer. Next soften either a reddish ice cream like strawberry, or vanilla with red food coloring. When it's soft enough to stir, like ice cream soup, mix in a bag of chocolate chips. Pour the ice cream over the lime sherbet, cover, and refreeze. When you serve it, Bob's your uncle, and he can have some, too.

I've discovered that the whipped cream layer in Edwards is twice as thick as the chocolate layer. I usually go for the Marie Callender's chocolate silk pie. If I'm going to kill my calorie count, it's going to be worth it! But I do happen to be a chocoholic😋🥰

Not bad, but my mom's is better. Hers isn't choco pudding, it's marshmallows and choco bars melted over a double boiler with cool whip folded in.

Under US law unordered merchandise is an unconditional gift. As near as I can tell it's legal for them to ask you to return stuff you didn't order but they're not allowed to bill you and you're free to keep it if you want to.

OH... so YOU'RE the one that got the fortune cookie out of my EMPTY PACK! I always get Chinese (Read: Cheap American Knockoff Chinese takeout) the night before one of my surgeries(bad work injury + other stuff = 17 so far). Kind of like a if I have to fast before hand and I don't make it out of surgery this is my "last meal" joke(Millennials deal with potential death like that). One of them had a sealed pack of air and no cookie... 🤨 WTH ... made me paranoid with my own tradition. 😂

Used to do a weekly pizza and TV night with my two best friends. We'd buy plain frozen pizzas (specifically Red Baron's stone-fired pizza, because we momentarily misread it as "stoner-fired" and found that hilarious), then canned toppings and a bag of cheese, and concoct these absolute monstrosities. This isn't quite on our level, but it comes close. Dangit, now I want stoner-fired pizza.

It's a type of pepper sauce. It's very spicy, with a slight vinegar tang to it. Combining it with ranch or blue cheese dressing cools the heat a bit & makes a really good combo.

Met Expectations
For the $6 I spent on this, I was pleasantly impressed. My only gripe was that the pieces were placed randomly in different plastic pouches. Like, for the head, the pieces were in three different bags and just seemed odd to not have them all together.
