At The Grand Canyon, tourist shitheads insist on tossing coins into it 'for luck.' Some fairly rare species of birds, indigenous to The Grand Canyon and part of it's ecosystem, eat the coins since some of them think it may be food. The poisoning from the metal has killed thousands of them, and surely been extremely unpleasant for those poor birds to experience. Tourist dumbfucks also toss soda cans, plastic bottles into it like it's a trashcan. Sad.

Where my sister lives the local council decided that it was better to have people not bother to pick the poo up rather than pick the poo up and dump it in a bag - the bag element caused more problems. People blame lack of poo-bins but they can put the bagged-poo in ordinary bins or take it home and put it in their normal waste. There are zero excuses. Poor horses.

Good! I'm glad that it was towed! I hate it when I am out and about and big trucks also park purposely in 2 spots cause they don't want their truck scratched or whatever their reason is. I wanna so bad do something to their truck!! But too afraid that I'll be caught on camera lmao! 😂 I also have seen pricier cars that have done the same and it f****n drives me insane!

When I was a child there was a house on the way to town that had a lot of different colors on the wood work around the window. After a while the whole town knew that it was because they didn't pay the painter. I was fascinated by all the pretty colors and loved walking past that house. They eventually settled and got just a boring one colored window ;)

I just got my licence. The instructor kept telling me that I shouldn't care about the lines when I park between two cars, the only thing I should watch is the equal distance between them. But here's the thing. Many people park like jerks, and if I don't watch the ines, I could end up parking like one too. The jerk leaves, and I'm left there looking like an a*****e who can't park between the lines...

I know someone like this and I absolutely hate them. I don't want to ever invite them for anything but I gotta since that would mean singling them out. EDIT: clarification: this person has a lot of kids and I know they're struggling to feed them so will use anyone's kindness whenever Free Food was mentioned, thus why I can't really singling them out. I still don't like how they're taking advantage of me so openly though.

AHHHHHH! This is my pet peeve. I used take my team to lunch about twice a month until people started doing this sh*t. It is nothing if everyone ordered a desert to take back to the office for the afternoon - I certainly didn't care. I added two women to my team and they would either order the biggest and most expensive thing on the dinner menu (when were there for lunch) so they could take it home, or just order an extra entree (or two) to take home. Now, I *might* order carry in about once a month because they are out of control. They can't even be grateful that they get a two hour paid lunch at a nice restaurant and behave like a decent human.

Someone within the group should have mentioned the lunch was a celebratory occasion provided courtesy of the new dad and not an opportunity to take advantage of his kindness Once stated, I would mention to the server to place the steak and cheesecakes on a separate ticket and provide it to the one placing that order. People like this know better, they just don't care and are always looking to exploit someone.

This Hidden Camera Disguised As A Clock In My Airbnb

Same thing happened to me in an Airbnb in NOLA. I called the police. They removed the cameras and the items with the cameras in them. A few minutes after the left, the property owner showed up and attempted to kick me out for stealing his property - meaning that he had a live feed in the house and had been watching me for two days before I found the cameras. Yeah, the police were called again and he was taken to jail. I vacated the property and Airbnb refused to refund my money because they don't think the landlord did anything wrong.

This woman was visiting a park in the everglades in florida. She stepped over two barriers, past two signs advising of dangerous alligators, to take close up pictures. She was promptly attacked and rescued by a ranger. When asked, why she ignored the signs and the barriers, she said those didn't apply to her.

Had this happen in our area. This guy says he paid his roommate to look after his dog while he did an internship overseas for 3 months. Regular payments, still paid his bills and rent, made sure there was plenty of dog food...only to come home and find out his roommate sold most of his stuff, including his German Shepherd and threw out the rest. He could care less about his belongings, but he called around to all the local groom shops to see if they could keep an eye out for his dog.

They can have an unexpected reaction, from mild to extremely serious. If somebody did that to me, I'll make their dentist and plastic surgeon extremely rich. Disgusting jerk. Any drugs/medication/alcohol etc should be (if) done voluntarily, otherwise it is a crime. So many things can go wrong. Imagine if somebody had to drive after this, not knowing that it affects their ability to focus and react. Or been a recovering addict, or pregnant, or on other medication that can mess with it.

Not only was that a prick move but it could have had serious medical reprecussions as some people can't handle edibles AT ALL. A buddy of mine who rarely smokes weed, had a small piece of THC infused chocolate with us one night and we almost had to take him to the hospital because it caused respiratory problems and mental side effects which for him were very bad, you don't F*#ing drug people for the love of Hades it's not just illegal it's morally wrong what the hell is wrong with people!

The story was happened in Hungary last summer. It's an open river shore, the last wish of the dead was to toss his ashes in the river. His son prepared the spot on the early morning, but when the group arrived 2 women were having a sunbath there. One of them immediately left, the second one refused to move away for like 10 minutes a couple of meters away. We had a (horse) cross country event in our park a few years ago. It was all official and licenses and permissions etc. During the afternoon a family of 4 came along and plonked down for a picnic between two jumps. Officials explained what was going on and asked them to move. They refused, saying that, in Scotland, there is a 'right to roam' (true, there is) and they could be anywhere they wanted to be. The event was held up and the police had to be called and they removed them! Imagine, an 800 acre park and you gotta be in the way! People are just idiots.

as a student, I actually hate this. Its bad enough we are told to go during too short class changes, and given a limited number of passes, now they're shaming kids for using the restroom?!?! I know some of these are funny and some are just fabulous, but sincerely, some of these people are going to have to be able to work some of this stuff out. While I love the photo shaming, please take a before and after. I highly doubt that heinous piece of human garbage paid for the entire 3 seats she's taking up, her and the stewardess should have already taken care of it, if not, it falls to the pilot/ Captain, whichever his/her title and he/she has authority over the entire plane. If that doesn't work, there's a possibility of a air marshall or something to that effect, but wench is going down to one seat. I would ensure that my comfort was taken care of.. I realize some people prefer not to engage in confrontation, but you can't let yourself be bullied by people like that and that's exactly what they are is a bully.

I got this beat. I lived in an apartment complex and our next door neighbors (to the complex) were several college guys sharing a house. So one summer evening they barbeque with charcoal. Drunk and apparently lacking common sense, they thought it would be a good idea to dump hot coals into the garden between their house and our buildings..then they left to go to the bars and drink some more. The bushes caught fire, which in turn started setting our buildings on fire. If it hadn't been for the quick actions of the kids next to us with fire extinguishers..I think our whole complex would have burned to the ground.

I’m glad airlines are starting to clamp down on the type of animals you can take on planes. I was on a domestic flight once and someone had a chicken for their nerves (bird wasn’t properly registered as a therapy pet) that bird HATED that flight and caused so many problems for the other passengers we all vowed NEVER to fly on a plane with crazy a*s therapy pets (genuine ones like dogs and cats and ones that have been trained as therapy pets are fine but chickens and donkeys! No!).

When she said "Excuse me?!?" I said "The employees here don't get paid enough to deal with people like you." And I walked away..her screaming at me. I saw an employee smile as I walked past him.

USPS items go on a convair (sp?) belt and they can't read. Apparently neither can some of the delivery guys. I had a package sent back because it wouldn't scan, had the person in Japan send me a copy of the form, right below the bar code was my typed address. I went to the P.O. to ask if postmen were no longer required to read English. They did make it so Japan sent it back to me for free. I was so pissed

If that's the driveway, then they definitely did this to avoid driving down it. It's not right what they did, but it's everyone's best interest to get a package delivery container. Cheaper than a mailbox, no one will smush your packages to make it fit, and keeps it out of the rain.

We lived across the street from a DAV Thrift Store and next to our dinner table there was a window overlooking their donation area. We would see people doing this almost nightly as we ate dinner. The shop actually posted a sign asking people not to leave donations after hours because of theft. We kept a stop watch and would take bets how long it would be before someone stole something nice that was dropped off. Loser had to do dishes.

If they were working in a care capacity then they shouldn't have been downloading games to the owners computer! if you need something to do whilst your client is asleep bring something, a book or tablet or play games on your phone. This is disrespectful and way beyond what is reasonable behaviour. I can't imagine they had permission to use the computer, and I think that doing so is an intrusion of the owners privacy, and would possibly lead to the thought that if they were playing games were they doing the job they were there for. I hope they were caring for the person and meeting their needs first.

I remember a series of photos a while back that detailed the story of a large, white wall on one side of an otherwise decrepit building. It was initially "vandalized" with many creative, colorful, and stylized name-tag graffitis, but the owner soon painted over them. Then another artist took advantage of the newly-blank canvas and painted a gorgeous undersea mural. Within a week the owner painted over this, too. The final photo shows the result of this artist's angry second attempt to paint the wall, which was a crudely-written sentence reading, "this wall used to have art on it but now it is covered with c***s". Which it was,literally hundreds of them, scrawled in black spraypaint.
