Disgusting jerk. Any drugs/medication/alcohol etc should be (if) done voluntarily, otherwise it is a crime. So many things can go wrong. Imagine if somebody had to drive after this, not knowing that it affects their ability to focus and react. Or been a recovering addict, or pregnant, or on other medication that can mess with it.
A recovering addict from weed is actually as unlikely as it gets - but I see all the other things as well. Totally dumb. Doing drugs is a personal choice, and the choice not to should be respected.

There are some people who are deathly allergic to marijuana. My niece came close to kidney failure, and she smoked it voluntarily.
Not only was that a prick move but it could have had serious medical reprecussions as some people can't handle edibles AT ALL. A buddy of mine who rarely smokes weed, had a small piece of THC infused chocolate with us one night and we almost had to take him to the hospital because it caused respiratory problems and mental side effects which for him were very bad, you don't F*#ing drug people for the love of Hades it's not just illegal it's morally wrong what the hell is wrong with people!
This could mess with not only people's jobs, but future jobs and doctors appt. I get a certain prescription and I take a drug test every month for it. If I fail then I can't get my much needed medicine.
If a person has heart issues and is on medication, this can kill them. I know this from direct experience where a friend accidentally (no, really) left out pot brownies at a huge party without a sign on them and another friend, one with heart issues and on medication for that (and other meds), ate a couple without knowing they were full of pot. His wife ate one, too. Neither of them even drink much alcohol and neither of them do pot- plus, she's a federal employee who could have lost her job. They spent the night in an ER with him hallucinating and throwing up for hours. It was HORRIBLE.
Jesus, I admit to recreational consumption of such confections - but they can make you vomit w/ horrible nausea, they can make it so you're in no shape to drive, esp. for people not used to the stuff. I risk the nausea (not usually a problem - I'm fairly experienced w/ the stuff), and don't drive anywhere on it. If this guy caused a fatal accident that's manslaughter.
And drug testing is going to show the one who did it had a lot more marijuana in their system than the others.
Doing s**t like that can kill people who has medical issues or take other medicines where there may be a counter-reaction. I for one would press criminal charges.

Someone ( a young neighbor) once offered me a cookie that I somehow felt I should and did refuse. It found out later that it was laced with LSD. I've never taken any kind of drug and I don't drink. I wonder what would have happened to me...

Luckily, in europe it isn't that easy to drug-test anyone without their consent - and this is totally right, everyone should refuse it, no matter if doing drugs or not, because this clearly crosses a line into very private and personal things the company or boss or whoever has no right to interfere with - and drugs aren't the only thing you can find out that way, there's a lot more. Bonus: no one has the slightest reason to do something THAT dumb...

This could kill me because of my health issues! And having never tried the drug or had an edible I possibly wouldn't recognise the taste or know what it was. The thought that anyone could be so stupid is quite frightening and another reason why I have to be so cautious about eating things I'm offered, as I'm sure many others are too.
I make special brownies occasionally. You CANNOT give them to unsuspecting people!!! I knowingly ate one and had a weird reaction, different from smoking a joint.

Some dudes figured out that they could stand next to the box where people were supposed to put in their money to pay, claim to be 'working for the parking lot and collecting the money', and walk away with hundreds of bucks on a busy Sat. night.
I remember a series of photos a while back that detailed the story of a large, white wall on one side of an otherwise decrepit building. It was initially "vandalized" with many creative, colorful, and stylized name-tag graffitis, but the owner soon painted over them. Then another artist took advantage of the newly-blank canvas and painted a gorgeous undersea mural. Within a week the owner painted over this, too. The final photo shows the result of this artist's angry second attempt to paint the wall, which was a crudely-written sentence reading, "this wall used to have art on it but now it is covered with c***s". Which it was,literally hundreds of them, scrawled in black spraypaint.
Hoping that one day we will be able to punch people like these via internet.
I tell you, the more I loose faith in the humanoid creatures that are so called society the more I wish murder was legal.
In this life, we are supposed to be decent and respectful human beings. However, many of these people showed that they either don't understand what that means or they don't care to understand. Treating other people's property and personal space with this level of disrespect can only lead to you being viewed in a negative light. Let's all try to be better people and stop doing inappropriate things just because we think that we are entitled.

Sadly, lack of Common Sense, Dignity, Self-Awareness, Kindness, Empathy are so commonplace in today's disrespectful world. Lack of proper parenting, respect of their environment. These things Can be taught! My parents would have my HIDE if I did Any of these things!
