Having an imaginary friend is a totally normal part of childhood. It shows that the kid’s imagination is up and running and sometimes it can be quite hilarious how they interact with their invisible friends. This reminds me of a conversation my uncle started with my dad, he has a toddler that mumbles to herself and the walls. My dad asks why she does that and my uncle says I don't know maybe she talks to the dead. My dad then says "Have you ever thought that your dead, I mean it's a possibility that she talks to the dead so maybe that's why she talks to you because your dead. Although we can talk to you so maybe we can talk to the dead too."
I would do that. Just straight up forget and he would die and I'd be like, "Oh, well, whatever."

I used to have an imaginary friend I called Pipeman, his face was made of pipes and he lived in the wall, and sometimes I would start talking to him through the wall at night.
I imagined him as very wise and caring, except for when he stole my pennies.

Lucky, all I had was a plush monkey named Mr. Monkey who had sailing adventures without me...he wasn't very fun. Pipeman seems a lot cooler tbh

Bruh screw imaginary people. My sister had an entire imaginary land, complete with 2 civiliations at war with each other. TBF, my sister keeps this up at age 8, and she no longer believes in it she just likes making up the stories. And she created the war at 8, and the civilizations at 5 or 6. But she always had Mr. Nobody, who had a wife woth my name, and a lot of children who are still aloud depsite the fact the my siste rwas forced to execute Mr. and Mrs. Nobody. No, she hasn't had any childhood trauma, and who the heck called child protection services. Oh, and one of them can change his age and like sitting on my head.
I'm twelve and I have an I've moved on from pipe man to a whole Tolkien style universe too.
And I've made tons of characters and backstories too. I'm planning on writing a book someday.

I'm eleven and I constantly come up with new characters and animal hybrid things all the time! I often draw them or write about them, and everyone has a developed personality and backstory. I just realized how insane I sound.
This is amazing! Have you read any Lord of the Rings? I feel sure you have that's the first thing I thought of when I read about the different civilizations, races and map.
