They actually had these in the colonial days. This is just a remake of an old antique item that most people thought went "out of style"

The Rocking Chair And Cradle In One is definitely not a “new gadget” or a “recent parenting innovation.” This has been around for at least 200 years. I’m sure of that because the oldest one I ever saw was made in the early 1800s. Please explain why you included this one.

The rocking chair could do with a higher back. That way your shoulders are supported and you can lean your head back.

You can also put a smallish laundry basket in the tub and put the kid in it. If you have trouble with the basket floating, put some holes in the bottom.

I continue to think that the child must immediately have a perception of a space in which she has to sleep divided and separated from her parents bed, which possibly may be an occasional welcome. If you do not set up these basics right away you end up like my friends x and have a 12 year old boy who still wants to sleep with them.

Its definitely not a practical one. As I mention here to Sarah, the 'quick release' is too easy for the child to manipulate. AND, the seat is not wide enough to keep the little fellow from sliding off, once he/she has hit the 'quick release'. There are going to be a lot of lawsuits over this as little ones end up landing on their heads.

This is very useful for some people. I've wanted one of these a long time. I don't drive and my bike is not bike seat compatible. (long story) I haven't the money for both a new bike and a bike seat. But if I save up enough I can afford one of these instead. Actually I'm looking at their 2.0 model which doesn't switch into a stroller but doubles as a storage container. For people with money this might be pointless.but for some people this can be a lifesaver. I've barely been able to go out for two years because I don't have access to a bike I can take my daughter on. I have to rely rides from my boyfriend on weekends to get things done. For certain people certain things are more helpful. Just because a product may seem stupid to one person doesn't mean it's not extremely useful to someone else. guess all I'm saying is don't judge so hard just because it wouldn't be useful to your lifestyle.

Yes, he does know what he looks like. Sadly, he's too young to remember it later. What will he tell his psychiatrist one day? "I have no idea why, but I've always had this terrible sense of low self-esteem."

You could take it along on outings. Also parents should explain to the child that they are only allowed to color on this special tablecloth

If the baby launches, it does not just launch food, but usually the whole flat-food group. I still agree with the other place. A healthy education by the parents would be enough to prevent the young puppy from having fun running things around.

Imagine the effort getting someone to help secure the little guy in the harness , and then undoing it when this gets tiring? Its much simpler to have them sit on your shoulders while you secure them by their legs with your hands. And you can set them down in a few seconds. KISS!

If you have more than one kid in your care, you can get distracted. If one of the kids falls and starts crying, you will go to him immediately and you may loose track of the oher child for a couple of seconds. It is enough for smbd to take him or for him to run after a bird or smth and this bracelet can come in handy. Stop pretending you can watch your child for every second of every day. It is impossible. Parent needs to cook, poop and blink .It mean they dont love their child.

All it takes is one second and your kid could be out of sight.its not going too far or a sick thing to do. Some kids are runners and when theyre very young or have disabilities they do not understand the danger in it. Have you ever took your kid to the park and been able to see your kid every single second? Especially if theyre other kids running around, they become a blur or theyre in and out of play equipment. What are you supposed to do walk/run behind them or hold their hand 24/7 until theyre old enough? I think this gives them a little freedom, safely. Even if i ever were to use something like this id constantly be watching my kid anyway because duh its my kid and im not an idiot.

The image of that baby being fed makes me cringe...no doubt he is under 6 months old 😞 you should wait until your baby can sit in a chair, then start feeding him solids. Why rush if he's not ready? Milk is enough until 6 months old (either breast milk or formula).

You can't prevent sudden death syndrome, that would indicate there are warning signs which there are not until they stop breathing (and there are apneo monitors for that) which would make it not sudden at all just death syndrome or as that is already known death

I don't like the feeling, that everything has to be under control, and also to connect something with your phone all the time. Yes, you will see illness faster, but I think it makes parents less care, in an unintentionally way. You watch your phone instead of your baby and this is clearly wrong to me.

Does that mean you are against technological remedies against Sudden infant death syndrome? I think that this sticker-app gadget is questionable; however, devices that help to detect serious health problems in infants do make sense given our changed way of life. I am not saying that this changes way of life is good in all means, and I am surely not advocating against a close children-parent relationship. However, control – if it not undermines trust or care – is a good thing!

It can be handy but tempature is not the most important. Dehydration is much bigger danger and that is something that the temp traq (or any other meter) will not messure. So use it but still watch your child enough to see other symptomd

I find it all so overwhelming that I want to keep everything monitored, constant temperature, breath, weight, minute by minute, instant for instant. Children are children, and parents have to live their childhood quietly with no constant control anxiety. Let go of everything, relax and live well, or become suffocating and overprotective parents. And your children, in response, will become unresponsive, or will succumb to your fears and will not be able to face life.

True, I don't think they are good for his eyes if they are so close to him. Also, the average person would not sleep very well with all that light a few inches away.

I wear my babies, sometimes in the front, sometimes the back. I've worn two kids at the same time (older one on back, younger on front). They are wrapped well. If they can't get out of the wrap, no way someone can pull them out. Also, if you wouldn't be able to break a fall, or have such bad balance that something like that would be an actual daily concern, then you probably shouldn't babywear, and maybe should sit down before holding anyone's baby. Babywearing is awesome and helps the parent bond. I love snuggling with my babies. I love that during outings they can see clearly and I don't have to take them out of a stroller to lift them up. I love that when they get tired they fall asleep on me. I love that the baby can breastfeed and I can still walk around.

Poor baby will wonder why he/she has been abandoned. Baby is priority, other things come second once the baby is asleep! Besides, sleeping in a pram is a cot death risk.

I would think this would be a fun plate to use as a reward or as a special thing. As a parent, I try not to remove all the fun things for my child because it's inconvenient for me. Sometimes, you need to stand in the rain for a few minutes and let your child stomp in a puddle. Not every time it rains, but a few times won't kill either of you and he gets a few special memories of being silly with his parent.

Did you know that baby's knees are super soft and made for both crawling and falling, the knee shell is soft so it doesn't break and it won't unless you have a special condition. Putting pads on them will not help them, intact it can get in the way of children learning these things at the right time.

Babies and toddlers do not need these. Their knee caps aren't fully developed until they are older (out of the crawling stage). Look it up!

....seriously, this is whats wrong with parents today, trying to "protect and baby" them too much. kids need to be able to fall to learn how to get back up. its not going to hurt them to fall on their knees every now and then.

please! These children seem to be made of crystal. Let's do their experiences, and realize that you can fall, get up and continue playing, you can get hurt and then heal. We do not create a company that does not even face a fall.

Can't wrap a child up in cotton wool no matter how much the parent loves them, they need bumps and grazes for stronger bodies and better immune systems.
