Jimmy Fallon is at it again. For a recent At Home edition of The Tonight Show, he asked his viewers to rewrite movie titles so they would follow quarantine regulations. Immediately, people answered the call. From Good Will Hunting for Toilet Paper to Do Little, they have been transforming some of the most successful pictures into social distancing goals and often even the tiniest edits made well-known films sound like totally different productions. This story is another example proving that the coronavirus is becoming a cultural phenomenon.

The famous, supercharged Slovenian philosopher Slavoj Žižek has already released Pandemic! COVID-19 Shakes the World, a book about the unprecedented global pandemic sweeping the planet that is supposed to "uncover its deeper meanings, marvel at its mind-boggling paradoxes, and speculate on the profundity of its consequences, all in a manner that will have you sweating profusely and gasping for breath."

Written with his customary brio and love analogies (Quentin Tarantino and H.G. Wells sit next to Hegel and Marx in these pages), Žižek provided a concise and provocative snapshot of the crisis as it widens, engulfing us all.

The author also will receive no royalties from this publication. OR Books will pay all royalties to Doctors Without Borders.

Also, The Tiger Lillies have released a digital album, titled COVID-19. The cult British band wrote it in self-isolation, and the record includes such songs as Sanitizer Survivor and Toilet Rolls Mummy.

"COVID-19 came out of the blue and left me unable to do the thing which I've always done for the last 30 years - perform," Martyn Jacques, the founder of the band, wrote. "The thing which has kept me alive materially, occupied my time and kept me sane. For me the act of singing to an audience has been my emotional and artistic release. COVID-19 stopped all that and for the last 3 weeks I've felt like a goldfish in a bowl. My only way of staying relatively sane has been to sing songs about the madness of this. Here's the album we've recorded, me isolating in my studio in Berlin, my band member Adrian isolating in his studio in Athens."

Now whether you like these releases or not is a different question. The fact of the matter is that the coronavirus has been reshaping our understanding of the world so hard, it'll definitely leave a print in history.
