This could actually be the wallet of somebody else the thief stole from. My mom's bag was stolen once and next to the car was the bag of an earlier victim. And hers was found by somebody else who got robbed. They just take what they can use and ditch the rest.

Not necessarily, may be the wallet belonged to some innocent person who got stolen by the thief and then the thief put this wallet on purpose to create confusion

I saw a video that was similar to this, only the guy flipping the other guy off had left a phone AND a tablet/iPad on top of his car. The phone had first fallen off & onto the road & the guy on the motorbike picked it up & drove up to the guy in the car (only to be given the finger). When he got close enough, the car-guy saw the phone in his hand & stopped so he could get it back. Motorbike-guy was still pissed off, though; tossed the phone through the window, lifted the tablet/iPad off the roof (cue the car-guy's dismayed look) & let it drop onto the road before roaring off. That's a double dose of karma, for sure. LOL. 😂

Pretty funny! Except if karma were real, when bad things happen to good people, it's because of something bad they did in a past life. If your friend gets cancer, would you tell them (or even think to yourself), "Well, you know, karma's a b***h. You shouldn't have done something bad in your past life." Of course not. But that's karma.

I worked in a (human) OR and one of the surgeons did this with his surgical gloves after the operation and the Infections disease doctor was there and he became LIVID at the surgeon pointing out that any disease on his gloves would have been aerosolized by the snap of those gloves and everyone in the room would have breathed in those germs. HIV, Hep C, Hep B etc. The next day there were education sessions to teach everyone not to do this.

You have to feel bad for some of these people though. I mean sure they cut lanes and stuff but a few of the people on this list had to pay hundreds or maybe even thousands of dollars!
