Ever seen a cross between a Husky and a Pomeranian? Well if the answer is no then you're in for a real treat. Scroll down to see what we mean. They might just be the most adorable breed of dog on the planet, and Norman the Pomsky is the cutest critter of them all! He was adopted from a small home breeding program called Northern California Pomskies in 2016, and since then he's managed to amass almost 64k followers on Instagram. Cuteness overload! Just a note regarding the narrative - "adopted from a small home breeding program" is a nice way of saying "purchased".

This is not unnatural. Dog breeds are "unnatural" . They are inbred with a lot of deformities that go with it. Cross breeds are usually smarted and healthier.

How do you get those two completely different dogs to breed? This is so unnatural I can't help but think it's wrong.

He is adorable however I can't help but read breeding program and all I can think is how terrible we don't need breeding programs or more designer breeds, we need more people to adopt from shelters... So yeah he's cute but what problems will be inherit from the unlikely cross?

Most crossbreeds are far more healthy than their parent races. It's because the gene pool of a race of dogs tends to be shallow and the addition of new genes tends to fix that.

Grown up it looks a bit like a Spitz. So while the pup is incredibly cute I wonder if this mixing of two vastly different breed is really necessary. You can get similar breeds without the surprise factor regarding looks and temper. (I admit, I'm not a fan of wildly mixing dogs with each other since there are billions of unwanted dogs in the world already)

Cute dog, but I agree, new breeds aren't needed. Try adopting or donating the cost of a designer dog to an animal charity.
