I live in a cowboy town. I used often ask the bartender to "give me anything that's served in a pineapple". I get weird looks. Anyway, I love wine, and cocktails but am a stickler to keeping with traditional recipes. Ramos Fizz, Margaritas, Old Fashioned, Sidecars, French Connections are some of my favorites but have trouble finding bartenders who can make them correctly. I love Tiki bar drinks and am somewhat fascinate by the tiki phenomenon in the '50s and '60s. and like cold classic cocktails like the zombie, mai-tai, piña colada, and rum runners.

It was not acceptable to cry, share emotions or in general be "weak."
