I can just imagine something like this showing up on I-40, west of Ashville, NC, on the way to Knoxville. When I lived in K-Town I used to travel back and forth to see my parents in Columbia SC, and there were always rock slides that sometimes made it onto the road. If someone pulled a trick like that the state troopers would go bonkers. LOL!
