The supermarket, just like the subway or the airport , is a place where life unfolds in the most natural way. In fact, it captures the human experience so well, you can even sometimes feel as if you aren't shopping, but watching a play.
There's Sam from the Night's Watch in the lead role of a cashier, a "Nana Slicer" on a shelf, competing for the most intense prop design award ever, and a couple getting married in the garden section at a local Walmart. So next time you walk into a store, view it as you would a Tony Award-winning improvisation, and I promise you, it'll make the experience so much better. In the meantime, scroll down to check out this list by Bored Panda which includes the strangest moments in shopping history!

There's also two little old ladies here in my neighborhood that aren't twins but dress up and put on their makeups identical as if they were twins. The funny thing is they are always bickering and arguing one another. And yes they're short and tiny and their makeup is out of wack....

Can people stop taking picture's of random people they see? Or at least blur there faces. Or did we forgot the whole 'plane bae' ordeal?
Especially the ones where it was for genetic/medical conditions like being albino. For pretty much all that didn't ask permission, I wonder how many ever stopped to think how they would feel if their picture was taken just to embarrass them publicly?
I agree in the case of snaps of other peoples children, that the parents wouldnt have known were taken
What nonsense - there is no privacy anymore (certainly NOT in a public place) - you gave it up when you sold your soul to facebook, twitter, snapchat, instagram and everything else that keeps your face glued to a digital device instead of interacting with humans face-to-face. You created it, so get use to it.
The US Constitution and Bill of Rights gives us the right to freedom of expression. It would behoove you to learn your Constitutional rights, no matter where you live and elect only a leader who knows those rights.
I'm scared someone will one day put a pic of me up, I have thyroid disease and I'm fat n ugly so I'd fit right in here. :(
Actually - to be honest -- people are only identifiable to those who already know them and accept them --- Can someone tell me what would happen if someone in Canada saw a snap of an adust dressed silly in Australia?
I agree with diane a, most of these people are fully aware of their looks and actions and have no problem doing so in public so a taking a little humor in them is not bad. It's not like they were personally harassed about it, which would be wrong. The only ones I would take issue with are medical conditions, those shouldn't be allowed unless with permission. But in the case of the albinos, I don't see any malice except for the dumb caption. They are obviously comfortable with themselves and aren't doing anything that would actually cause embarrassment. "Plane bae" is different because that woman was actively inserting herself into private conversation and she should've left the couple anonymous.
The problem is not asking for permission and posting them online without consent of that person (or parent). Which in some lands is starting to get illegal and you can get fined for anyway.
Adults out in public - happilt being seen by many 100's of people weariing odd outfits - another grey area
I just think yo should ask permission before taking a photograph of children - regardless of how stupidly they are behaving.

These random people deliberately go out looking like this and doing these things in public - in front of 100s of people - they are not exactly being private about things
That still doesn't give anyone the right to take pictures of them?
Ama ssuming i am anonymous here - there are 2 lovely transvestites in my local area - they wear the greatest clothes - and love the attention - wonderful funny people

if you are proudly going out out in front of 100's of people - and many more in the course of o day o a week - why would yo be ashamed to be shared and liked? Everyone who knows them actually KNOWS them - ans no-onw else in the worls has a clue who they are
We don't have Walmart in Australia, we have K-Mart. But there are no kooks, pets, marriages, goats, pigeons and men in high heels there, just ordinary people...kinda boring compared to this lot.
Comments on this gallery are quite mean. I thought we were supposed to laugh :(
