There is literally no evidence that masks cause either of those things (by hypocampia I assume you mean hypercapnia). I have worn a mask in all indoor public places, as per the law, for almost a year now. As have most people I know. Have you ever known someone to suffer either of the things you claim from wearing a mask? Show me a documented example.
