My family member owns one of these, and one day he saw it eyes and mouth closed, arms at its sides, and head tilted. He kept it in a locked glass case, and he had the only key.

Back in the late 70s, I used to do visual merchandising at a department store in Cambridge, MA. I shared my cluttered shop space with a couple of nude mannequins stored in the corner. I was a bit uncomfortable with them staring at me while I worked, and thought I would solve the problem with a couple of opaque plastic bags over the heads. Now, I could not see the faces, but two human figures looking like they were suffocating themselves just creeped me out so much more!
