OMG! Read the story. The sisters cut off bits of their feet to get the shoe on. And the step-mother hands them the knife. THEN the Duke gives the shoe to Cinderella (Ashputel) to try on. He is reassured when the birds signal their appoval!?!??!?! And at the weddig, the two sisters are attendants and peck out the inside eyes of the sisters as they walk up the aisle. And they get the other one on the way back. I guess the sisters don't say anything. And they all lived happily ever after.

Yep! I like these little details they put in recently in princess cartoons. The effort to make characters more relatable. That particular scene made me pretty glad, happy and entertained.
