I saw this about 10 years ago. We do not appreciate firefighters, paramedics, teachers and also dust mens, workers and many, many others professions we need for life. On other hand, we have no problem pay millions to actors, sportsmen etc. Something wrong with our "advanced civilisation".

I did watch it-it was meh. They really should have chosen a different song. Their wealth and fame are the exact opposite of what that song is about. Imagine is a song about what it would be like to not have such extreme wealth. If the most wealthy redistributed 10, 5, even 1-% of their wealth to the poorest citizens-we could essentially eradicate poverty. Sweden, even with its loopholes, is an egalitarian country. Their stars live much less lavishly and it's one of the happiest countries on earth.

Well, I d substitute "Millionaires" with "Actors/Artists" (actors/artists have to keep their emotions right at the surface-as in being melodramatic pretentious and 'oversensitive'- , you know, like joeytribbiani once told us. And thus they can come off as a bit weird, off and sometimes ridiculous -- sorry natalie and gal

I would say at least some of the celebs in the video also advocate for positive political changes like better access to Healthcare for all, better teachers pay, etc. It'd be different if it was Jeff Bezos crooning at us but someone like Natalie Portman is a pretty vocal advocate for many of the issues in the US. She just happens to be hot and talented enough that she's rich and known.

That is so true, if they did tell how they were trying to make a difference in this situation you know there are people who call them all sorts of names and say they are bragging or showing off how rich they are & on & on! You can't please anyone today and believe me these stars do a lot more for the populace than meets the eye and never get any recognition for it and that is what they want no publicity no matter what others think.
