This volunteer lady was asking something about my favorite part of the Bible (I can't remember, been a few years). Church of Satan was founded by Anton LeVay in the 60s. They protest sometimes, but they mostly exist to make money and have Shock value. The Satanic Temple was founded about a decade ago and are very politically active. They campaign for human right, abortion acces, and social support groups

From what I've seen, the church of satan (and most modern Satanism churches) fight against the church dogma, they fight against child abuse, stuff like that, rn they're trying to get abortion as a right of their religion
