I am sorry but I feel like this is whataboutism and totally takes away from the issue stated here, which is depression increasing or getting worse in the past 2 years. Long Covid is being discussed everywhere but i havent seen big reports and data on mental health, other than the casual "covid is no good for depressed people"-article. Yes, Long Covid is a thing but mental health matters.

Not true. In Germany, there's a lot of research on Long Covid. Although the government isn't doing much right now, but since they don't know exactly what causes it or how to cure it, it can't really do anything, right? But it's not swept under the carpet here! (or well... it might not be in the papers every day but in my newspaper (one of the good ones) it's a topic fairly regularly. )

Long Covid is I feel going to be so much more prevalent in the coming months/years and governments and companies need to acknowledge this. It's debilitating for those who suffer with it
