Every time somebody who can easily get hold of a passport and a visum ( = can travel whereever he or she wants) is complaining about their own country and being unable to move to a "better" country for a better future: Obviously people can do that, if they really want a better future for themselves and their kids, even if it means selling everything, going deep into debt, walking through swamps and deserts and crossing an ocean on unreliable floating things.

I've got to admit that I still find the excuse of "Oh well it's a meme so it's okay" doesn't sit well with me. It must be truly horrible to be called Karen - no matter what you do or who you are there must be that constant feeling of being judged for no reason. I just don't get how people who appear to otherwise understand how damaging microagressions are to people just swing away at the name Karen without a second thought.
