I can imagine my brother doing that, with a wicked grin on his face! He wasn't able to use a regular voice communication device as his muscle tone was low and unpredictable, but he did use a Big Mack Switch, which was basically a voice recorder that could store about three or four sequences of 30 seconds of audio. We usually used it to record our voices reading out his news/show and tell for school and he was known to press the switch in times of tension or just to annoy his teachers etc! When he was really excited he would press it multiple times in a row and would produce a loop of recordings for about 5 minutes. Then he would laugh so much he stopped breathing.

I live on the Isle of Wight (a little island off the south coast of England) and people over here have a ridiculously distorted sense of distance. A couple of weeks ago, I travelled to a place about 40 minutes' drive away, and the people I was visiting were amazed and impressed by my strength and determination in making such an epic journey. Jokes were made about needing my passport. I was, and remain, bewildered.

My brother discovered this the hard way. Wore his mesh football jersey to the beach, went swimming and came back to his blanket to fall asleep for like 4 hours. Spent the rest of the summer with the number 13 perfectly legible on his back.

I would also pay for this. I honestly have no idea what people think of me, I seem to get along with everyone and have fun casual interactions with people, but that's it. Taking it from acquaintance to friend seems like an impossible hurdle with the exception of a few close friends I've had forever.
