No, I see what John is saying... if you look close on this one, if you look on his upper arm, you can see a flower-type outline or something of that nature on the "before" picture. True, it could all be fake, because since I don't see how in the world an artist, even the best tattooist, could cut through all that black ink (which is inordinately black, almost like it's India ink), and get that kind of end result....

The actual tattoo she wanted covered is the crown. The spade drawn over it in the first picture is done by the tattoo artist, so he'll know where to ink. I don't think it's possible to cover a tattoo with another tattoo and still have the original be visible, so it has to be some sort of a marker-made spade.
