Well first thing is that wigs are typically made using hair from multiple donors, but even if a hair was found at a crime scene, it wouldn't contain the donors DNA. DNA is in the hair follicle, located on ones scalp and since the wigs are made using a donors cut hair, there isn't a follicle, therefore no forensic DNA.
