Countless animes exist, far too many to name them all. Whether it's SpyXFamily, Bleach, Jujutsu Kaisen, Dragon Ball Z, Fullmetal Alchemist or anything else, everyone has a favorite. The question is, which is the best?

Please refrain from hate comments, refutes that are subject based and not personally directed are allowed. I will butt in if it gets out of hand but I hope that doesn't happen. Anime is something, no matter our race or ethnicity, we can all enjoy. Keep it this way.

I think currently these three anime series running high to watch, Death Note as always on top, SpyxFamily, and Attack on Titan

Angles of Death or Violet Evergarden. Both animes are character development driven. The characters show actual growth from where they started, the animation styles are unique and pleasing to the eye, and they are both emotional, especially the endings. An odd thing that the two have in common is that the main characters both have strong opinions on their idealization of 'God', the person that tells them what to do gives them something to work towards, and believes them. By the end, the characters come to peace, somewhat at least, that they have moved on from such a mindset. Very bittersweet and touching. Highly recommend both of them.

There’s always a big difference between “the best” and “favorite”.
I watch anime for almost 30 years now and I think the best series are
Neon Genesis Evangelion, Gintama, Ping Pong the animation, Odd Taxi, Girls last Tour, Mushi-Shi, Zankyou no Terror and Attack on Titan.
Golden Kamuy is one of my favorites, but maybe not as good and the rest. And I love Mob Psycho 100!
86 is also really amazing, but we still need to see more of it!

I personally like Attack On Titan. I'm not one of the OGs who has watched anime since the beginning so my opinions are still moving around. Feel free to recommend animes, I'm looking forward to seeing your answers!!

I am new to the Anime world. The first on I ever watched was My hero Acadamia. They die and come back to life to much tbh. But then again I'm new to this, lol. I wanted to watch demon slayer but someone told me it was not worth it. So should I watch it?
Also promised Netherlands sounds REALLY good. I was actually going to start watching it later this month. But I still need opinions from people. Please.

Ranma½, bit older but I laughed myself silly. Wolf's Rain, awesome and melancholic, don't watch if you don't want to get sad. Code Geass, there's a new season/series on the works and I can hardly wait; robo battles, complicated characters, intrigue, relationships and some world domination :), Oldie but goldie Galaxy Express 999 (caveat, I still haven't seen it all, the video rental place way back when only had something like the first ⅓ of the whole series) btw. this one is hella dark too at points so check warnings before watching if you have any triggers. A completely different thing is Yakitate Japan, which is a humorous story about the competitive world of bakeries that's as light hearted as a well made croissant :). Well that's a few. I'll add a comment if I suddenly remember forgetting something... Btw. Space battleship Yamato is great, but it kinda leaves too many things up in the air and the following series starts strong, but ends in such a disaster that I couldn't recommend it to anyone.

I'm sorta new to anime, so I've only completed two animes but I'm currently watching others. There's no best anime in general, I think there's genres to it that have their own best. In terms of comedy, Hetalia is the way to go, especially if you're into government and social studies. Each country, new and old, has their own character. Italy is the "main" character, and some of the countries are cannonicaly family. For instance, Romano is Italy's older brother, and America and England are brothers as well, and Italy has a "Grandpa Rome" he likes to say, who went missing a long time ago. The next genre I'll talk about is horror/deathnote-esqe feel has to go to The promised neverland. I can't say much about it though, I don't want to spoil anything.

I’m fairly new, and I’ve only finished one but it’s the best so far! Demon Slayer, love them. I’m currently watching Death Note and I’m two episodes into Naruto. My watch list includes: The promised never land, MHA, (one I can’t spell, has the bright eyed Gojo guy though), Attack on Titain (I watched the first episode.. I have trama now lol. I will watch it for my friend Rose though) and more but my mind went blank. I’m taking recommendations though!!!
