You can also wash your hair with soap. One can also get around the lack of tooth paste with baking soda and a little peroxide

Very western leaning poll if this many people voted toilet paper. Bidets do exist and with soap you can wash away the filth all over the body. Real answer here is soap or toothpaste, but soap wins out for versatility. And let's not forget that the invention of soap decreased the spread of infectious diseases to the point that it significantly improved humanity's age of survival..

I chose shampoo, because if you really had to, you can cut up things to use as toilet paper and just wash them. You can brush your teeth with baking soda, and shampoo can be a substitute for soap to wash yourself with in the shower.

Bidet, baking soda, and in a pinch you can wash your hair with dish soap so keep soap…but these are all pretty essential things
