When you own a cat, there’s always a sort-of adventure waiting right around the kitchen/bathroom/bedroom/(insert a place) corner. You never know where it’s gonna take you. But who are we, mere humans, to judge cat logic?
And all you can do is capture that hilarious moment of your feline stuck in the most bizarre places, stretched in the most awkward positions, and accomplishing the most ‘but why?’ deeds.
Bored Panda has compiled a list of some of the best cat Snapchats as a reminder that whatever your feline comes up with, you can never take away that social media star quality. Wait. One has a white chin and the other has a black chin. Subtle difference, but one way to tell them apart. Look at old pictures of your cat. Regardless, this is uncanny. I mean, what are the odds that two nearly identical cats should take up residence at the same house at nearly the same time?

Guys, I have a problem I need help My mom refuses to adopt a little kitten that was just born. 3 of its siblings died and the mom is exhausted. I need to convince my mom to adopt one of the 2 that are alive. Please help.

Please call a rescue or shelter. They are skilled at helping cats and kittens in this situation. Perhaps you can adopt when it's old enough, but let the pros care for them right now.

OK then, I wonder if it's the colour. My Bengal kitten is afraid of carrots! Was chopping carrots one day, few months ago, he was only about 6 months at the time, and a piece of carrot fell onto the floor, well he freaked out about it! He really wanted to know what it was but he didn't want to go near it. It was between my feet and the unit so I knocked it further out for him, he didn't like that! He kept about 3 feet from it, pacing around it, until I finally stopped laughing and lifted it off the floor lol

I think most cats are not fond of oranges, maybe it carries over to anything citrus?
About a year ago, the Snapchat cat filter that let people try on a feline face was everywhere. There were thousands of videos surfing around on cats looking at phone screens where the owners with a cat face filter were looking back at them. The cats would turn around, look at the human again, then back to the screen. It was speculated that animals do that because they recognize the confusion.
Kristyn Vitale, who studies cat behavior at Oregon State University, told The Verge it’s not the case. “It isn’t a sign that cats pass the mirror test, despite what some people responding to the video seemed to think.” The mirror test is a common way to measure whether an animal has self-awareness or not. In this case, no study was run on how cats interact with gadget screens.

Meanwhile, the pet influencer business boomed in the past 5 years. As a result, pet talent management agencies have started popping up. According to Loni Edwards, who runs one such firm, the Dog Agency, the ways pets become insta-famous depend on very different things. “Either they’re very unique-looking, or super witty—as long as there’s something, whether it’s that they are insanely cute or really not cute,” it has to induce an "Oh, my god" reaction.

Hey, cats are bold and tenacious. If sufficiently riled, they will not stop biting, scratching, and punching, no matter if their opponent is several times bigger. Their strategy is shock and awe—-and keep on shocking and awing. I’ve read articles where the cat was the one to fend off a robber—-who was then identified by their shredded cat-scratched skin.

I wonder if they are siblings. I have a brother and sister from the same litter and he is an orange and white shorthair and she is a longhaired tortie. reminds me of my two.
