Dogs can be excellent companions for children when in the hands of a capable owner who knows how to read them. Anyone who has grown up with a dog knows that the love and compassion that they gave to and received from their canine soulmates is like nothing else in the world.
The compassion that children can learn for other living beings when living with a dog is a double-edged sword – if a child pushes a dog too far, they may push them away or snap at them. When your child spends time with a dog, it's important that the dog remains supervised to ensure that neither creature crosses the other's boundaries.

Woah!! Awesome doc.. Good Work here!! I loved the wallpaper: 1080p-wall...est-hd.jpg
Listen, kid - I'm white, you're white, the biscuit's white. No one will notice if I just eat you.
"Are you wearing my wild brethren on your head, tiny human?" "Begone!"
Kid: I can hear what you're thinking, Miles. Miles: I can hear what you're thinking too, Tristan. That's why I'm on the brink of sleep.
Absolutely beautiful. If you weren't are dog lover, you would be after seeing that smile. Simple pleasures........(are life's treasures)

The dog looks like it wants the adult human to stop the little human from messing with its mouth.
I wish this picture, and only this picture, was removed from compilations of dogs and kids. Dog's upset. Parents are clueless.
Its unique way of photography doc..!! HAHA... those are really cool and awesome!!! :) https://goo.gl/TfPWdE

Baby needs to cuddle pup, have a blanket or diaper, something more comforting on. I agree with Daryl, looks cold and vulnerable. :(
I think the photographer should have covered the WARNING! word on the stroller.
Wow, talk about beauty and the beast! Vulnerability and the power of the protector.

"i like the present you brought me, but seriously where's the bacon?"
Corgi's really are great with kids if you have that corgi from an early age my corgi is extremely protective of my niece and nephew
Fur shouldn't be a factor in treating an animal w/ dignity vs. relegating it to a cruel life in a tiny crate. Love your dog? No more bacon.
I think all of you people that comment on these pics with cute, beautiful, lovely etc... have lost your minds. These poor innocent babies.
That baby looks extremely uncomfortable in an almost completely upright position...
Love it. The dog is not on top showing dominance but the baby. Perfect contribution to the rule of humanity ...
Best friends from day one. The blanket is just right too. Tender shot.
I have seen that face many a time and my child no longer likes dog "kisses." He prefers a cat just for that but he likes to hug big dogs
No souls?! Then what are humans who bomb each other, discriminate, kill, rape women n kids? So many animals are extinct cz of us, u R****D!

We had an akita for 15 yrs. I ran a,daycare . Had a vet tell me akitas and kids are bad news and dangerous. After 15 yrs and not one inciden
I can say this vet was ignorant. I did pity the fool who did not belong and tried to hurt my kids.
A study in profiles, human and canine, and the similarity between them.
Best dog! Best baby! Who could ask for anything more! Love these two!
I think this is the best of all the pictures. Shows the gentle dog loving her new little person in this family.
Very cute, except I prefer the candid shots. The posed portraits are beautiful, but lack the soul of the in the moment pic.
These are some adorable babies :). I guess the little humans are ok too. lol
