30 Incredible Transformations That Show How Ordinary People Can Dramatically Improve Their Looks (New Pics)
Konstantin Bogomolov is a very brave stylist — he agrees to completely transform people's looks. It doesn't matter if a young man or an elderly woman comes to him, if they want changes, he and his team are ready to deliver them.
Bogomolov's website says he started "developing a new direction of image design" in the '90s. "Immediately it aroused great interest, both in society and the media. The time and authority that Konstantin gained in this field have confirmed the practicability and relevance of the chosen direction." His professional experience includes writing articles and handling photo stories for fashion magazines, producing TV programs about style and fashion, working as an image consultant in beauty salons, cooperating with model agencies, preparing fashion shows, and of course, developing style for individual clients.
Konstantin calls himself the number one stylist in Latvia. Is he really? Take a look at his clientele before and after their makeovers and you tell us!

She looked stunning before, also. The grey hair, the gentle smile, what a STAR! <3
Bored Panda has already featured Konstantin Bogomolov here and here, but the stylist has been keeping himself and his team really busy, so we just had to do an update.
Bogomolov said he often hears the question “How to change my image successfully?” but thinks that’s not what people should be asking. “A spectacular transformation of one’s appearance should not become the ultimate goal. In some cases, it requires a radical change, in some just a minor correction.

The stylist says his main task is not to change, but rather to find the client's image. He believes that one’s personality is what’s most important and that clothes, hair, and makeup are just tools that the image designer works with to help express it.

Evgenia, 30 Years Old, Owner Of A Photo Studio
She looks very put-together in the before, but not very 'professional.' In the after, they gave her that 'professional' feel, but without making her look too overdressed. This is one of the best ones yet, because the before is very nice (maybe for something very casual) and the after is also very nice, but maybe for a more professional setting.

Two arm-full of tatts is now a style upgrade? I'm thinking photoshop or else this guy dropped a couple of thousand dollars on a long painful option just to show us what some new cloths and groom will do for you.

What I noticed first wasn't the hair, makeup or fashion makeovers... I noticed the smiles, the confidence in their stances and the expression in their eyes. The biggest change was in how they felt about themselves. I bet if you simply put two photos side by side, one of them feeling awkward and barely smiling and the other with their heads held high, smiling and feeling sassy, that all that other 'gloss' wouldn't be necessary.

So the trick seems to be: cut your hair, load it with styling gel (or whatever) and slap on a nice thick layer of make-up. I wonder if that might be the general key to success in life??? But I doubt it very much...
The problem with these makeovers is that they always rely on hairstyles that are hard or impossible to maintain in daily life. Plus a ton of makeup. And who wants to plaster make up on every day?
It's like the Oprah of makeovers. "You get a jacket! And you get a jacket! And you get a jacket!"
This is too dumb. The befores are casual wear inside the house, and the afters are get an edgy haircut, put on more expensive clothes and strike a pose. So I guess the key is to have more money. Got it. btw some of them went over the edge and look like dated catalogue models.
As far as the outfits go, they look much better (some of them at least) after they've been dressed by the professional, and I'm glad that they may have learned how to better dress themselves. The makeup... is generally a little over-the-top, and the haircuts seem to be very repetitive.
Yes, if an ordinary person had someone come in and do their hair and make up each day, they would look more like a newscaster.... great.
The only one I like is Irina. Everyone else got a bargain-bin makeover.
OK so these women are psychologists, entrepreneurs, health workers, logisticians etc but let's just judge them on how they look *hard eye roll*
It's so fun getting a makeover!! I don't know why all the negative comments
The updated hair & makeup makes a world of difference, but the wardrobe updates are the best! If you look a little "frumpy" you tend to dress that way as well. Wonderful results!
i really need a haircut suited for me! my hair and face dont really match that well
I think everyone here is missing the point. This was a MAKEOVER session. What did you all expect? Literally says 'improving your looks' - not your life, not your character, not your anything else. The point was to improve your LOOKS.
I must say again here...ALL of the new clothes/outfits are TERRIBLE! Certainly not my taste, yuck
Make up your minds! First there are numerous posts about how we should not be obsessed with appearance and now this.
So makeup, professional hair styling, uncomfortable clothing, chunky accessories, and shoes that are bad for your feet.
I would have been more impressed if a similar result had been achieved with less “filters” = fake beauty.
Might get downvoted but why do all the “after" photos have so much makeup?
that's not buckets of make-up, pop-culture cliche outfits and other trash to make completely normal and ordinary people look like fashion fanatics... and it's not stylish to make everything look "fashionable" and "stylish" of ones liking. If it's fake it's worse than being a bit too ordinary.
How about "people who feel ordinary find out how beautiful they are"
Man, living in Russia sure seems like it's rough. Must be the harsh winters.
Why do they all have short hair? You can keep length and have great hair still.
So, a haircut and make up can make a difference. Who knew? Oh....everyone!
All well and good for a day, but how many of these people have the thousands of dollars needed to transform their entire wardrobes? Not to mention that they likely don't want to invest that much time in personal grooming daily.
To say the truth: I'd prefer the women in the first "Before" photos. They look more natural. The "After" photos are the look of Industry-Stylists who mean you'd be more attractive with a lot of make-up. Even the freckles vanish ... Why? And that's my opinion as a man.
The clothing trends seem to be very different than here. Which also makes the before/after different in styles than what we are used to. I'm one of those women who likes to wear make-up and dress nice. It gives me not only confidence but also gives the impression of "business".
Just say "No!" to wearing leather pants! Did you not see the episode of "Friends" where Ross disastrously wears a pair? LOL.
Folks, back me up. Do half your face with bargain store make-up and leave half bare after a wash with soap. Only "do" half the hair on your head. Voila! "Transformation!" Yes? No? Just getting ready for work in the morning? (Pre-Covid, that is.)
You don't have to change wit society's criticism, people. You do you, boo!
Incredible Transformations That Show How Ordinary People Can Dramatically Improve Their Looks aka White women over 30 get a haircut and a new jacket (and two white men wear uncomfortable clothes).
Wow, this clearly isn't for me... They all look bossy and intimidating now. O_____O
Wait, so Hollywood people are actually regular people dolled up by professionnals??? (oh, never mind, we knew that)
overall they all look great, but in most instances, the color of the hair, the short/curly haircut, and the heavy makeup make them look way older than the before pictures. Many of those that are like 39 or 40 look almost 50, not that they look bad, just like, it seems like they turned them into their own moms
Sooo time-consuming, thick makeup, New/time-consuming/expensive hairdo, and money for a whole new wardrobe? Who would've thought?
Why has every woman to give up her individuality for an American business style look? Disgusting.
All the afters look great all it took was a nice cut and style and a little makeup it made a huge difference in some of them.
"Look what a haircut, different make-up, change of clothes and a smile can do for white people. "
