Noëlle is a Philadelphia-based artist who founded Xenotees in 2004. She is currently raising her 4 rescue cats - Wheels, Inky the Inkman, the Blimp & Chester Taco, and is always on a quest to find the best pizza and tacos everywhere she goes.
