This isn't funny or threatening, it's animal abuse. If it panicks up there it could easily fall and be seriously injured or die.
Calm down everyone. The horse likes the view and when he is done he will go back inside to his room and bed.
when i was a teenager, i once rode my horse into my apartment building, up the elevator, and out onto the balcony. boy howdy, did i get in trouble! (the horse was fine lol)
More drunken guys riding their horses up to bed and closing their bedroom doors. The neighbors put the safety fence up there.
I hope someone was able to talk him out of it. He has too much to live for.

My grandma’s eyes used to reflect like that in the dark (due to cataract lens replacement). It was scary as hell to see this little curly haired old lady down a dark hallway with her eyes glowing.
There's an inherited health condition - something to do with connective tissue? - that has been diagnosed that way. People who have it show reflective retinas in flash photos.

i once saw red little eyes in my dark play room with a sliding door and a doggy door in the door to go outside in the room found out it was a raccoon and little babys
