The Johnny Depp and Amber Heard trial is in its fifth week and people are invested in what’s happening more than ever as it was Heard’s turn to give her testimony. She just finished after being questioned for four days by both her own lawyer, Elaine Bredehoft, and Depp's attorney Camille Vasquez.
Some people memorized bits of the testimony and quoted them to make fun of Heard because of how ridiculous they sound, while others are disgusted by the clear lies the woman tells and by her being disrespectful to real abuse victims. We combed through the internet to collect the best reactions people had in order to sum up the most important things that came from Heard’s testimony and what is the public’s opinion on it.

Her lawyers are as bad at defending her as she is at lying. I guess all the good ones saw through her BS and noped right out of there.
I don't like Heard and I'm firmly on Depp's side...but if she loses this case I do hope she sues her lawyer for ineffective council cause DAMN, for the amount of money she must be paying him you'd expect him to do his job better.
Load More Replies...Lies can be very powerful if you make one for a situation you’ve been in before. Trust me I know how to lie effectively
Haha! She did write the article. Her lawyer left out the important detail.
Johnny Depp sued Amber Heard over an op-ed she wrote for Washington Post in 2018 in which she called herself “a public figure representing domestic abuse” which was seen as a clear reference to her ex-husband by his lawyers as she accused him of being violent in their marriage during their divorce process. Amber Heard’s words damaged Depp’s career so he seeks to clear his name with this defamation lawsuit.
The lawsuit started on April 11 of this year and among all of the 120 people who were invited to be witnesses in this case, the most important ones are the ex-spouses, Johnny Depp and Amber Heard. Depp finished his testimony on April 25 and Bored Panda made a post on the reactions people had then that you can find here. And on May 17, Amber Heard also finished telling her side of the story.
We can only guess what the jury thinks about what is happening, but what is for sure is that one of the tw will have to face cncequences. We reached out to Peter L. Tragos, a Partner at the Law Offices of Tragos, Sartes & Tragos in Clearwater who also has a YouTube channel where he and his colleagues comment on the trial.
We wanted to find out what these consequences could be. He explained to us, "Defamation is a civil claim and only carries with it monetary remedies. Only the government can take away someone’s liberty and enforce a jail sentence through criminal charges. The only way someone ends up in jail in a civil action is if the judge holds them in contempt for certain bad behavior and I don’t expect that to happen in this case."
Lying about someone's behavior and causing them to lose income as a result should definitely be a chargeable offense. How many times do we see some money grabbing wh*re screaming rape & ruining a guys life - only for it to be false?
She can act, she just has no soul and doesn't know how to "human"
If she could act she'd at least be able to pretend she can human though...

As Johnny Depp finished his testimony, he claimed that he was the one who experienced abuse, so the audio in which the actress is heard saying “You're fine. I did not hurt you. I did not punch you. I was hitting you” was addressed. Amber Heard explained, “I'm talking about the difference between a punch, which Johnny did often, and me having to hit him in my defense."
When Depp’s lawyer showed a photo that should have been evidence of Heard being abusive towards him as it showed dark bruises under his eye and a swelling nose that was taken on the couple's honeymoon in 2015, the woman’s response was, “I've seen this picture before, and he's not injured in it. This one is photoshopped.”
Heard kept repeating that she was always scared of what her ex-husband could do to her and that she believed he might kill her, even if it was unintentionally. So it was very peculiar to hear her response when she was asked if she wasn’t afraid of sending pictures she took of Depp sleeping passed out to her friends as he might have been mad about it.
The lawyer asked, “You weren’t afraid that opiate Johnny or ‘the monster’ as you called him, would get upset that you sent this picture to your friend?“ Heard replied that she believed the photo would have upset Depp and that truly was scary, but when the lawyer then reformulated her question to “But it didn’t stop you from sending this picture to your friend, did it?” the woman’s response was “Why would it?”
Oh now this is such a good point. It's these little, subtle things more than anything that convince me this is not just Heard overplaying what happened, it's her outright lying about it happening at all.
the devil is in the detail indeed, seemingly tiny contradictions and you caught the liar!
Load More Replies...Being a female (child) from an abusive wife beater I find so much of what she is saying is pure BS' where are any other police report/s with police photo/s, medical records? The LAPD Officer who testified after the phone throwing fight that there was nothing broken in the home and her face was red from crying, no injury, no swelling. We see she was able to record just certain bits & pieces. I would have my phone on record every time they were home together!! I call BS. Don't get me wrong I am completely behind battered women/children/pets etc. but she is just "off" ! And we all know there are women out there who do, for whatever reason/s lie.
She wouldn't send an embarrassing photo, in the first place, if she truly was afraid.
I wouldn't rely on those two pictures alone to decide who's more convincing in their testimony.
Load More Replies...This is actually dead on because Its not just that this was one moment of the trail, these two types of descriptions by amber and by Johnny were present throughout their entire recollections and retellings. Amber always describes the actions from the abuser's or a narrator's point of view & Johnny always describes it from the victims point of view. Which is actually difficult to catch yourself doing if your lying. For example, there were multiple instances where she described him choking her, but she is the one making the motions with her hands... She NEVER brings up that she couldn't breathe and how that felt. Oxygen its the ONLY thing on your mind if you are being chocked!! instantly, you begin to freak out. Even if someone just gently touches your neck, its uncomfortable. So for that to NOT be her primary memory of the experience suggests to me that she's lying. She also NEVER brings up treating her wounds or getting glass out of her feet or arms. No photos of her feet at all.
It's confirmed that in the audio tape of the aftermath of the fight in which Johnny lost the tip of his finger Amber can clearly be heard walking away with heels on. She never was barefooted in the first place.
Load More Replies...She looks like she’s ready to punch someone… memory muscles???
He's acting out a defensive posture; she's acting out the punch. Very telling.
Actually, Peter Tragos was quite impressed with the work Depp's lawyer did in her questioning, as many people were. They admired her ability to control the conversation and make Heard tell her what she needed.
But Tragos didn't think Heard's lawyer was incompetent either, "I do not think Ms. Heard’s lawyer is incompetent. I think she was caught flat-footed on re-direct and was not prepared to rehabilitate her client. Mike Tyson famously said, 'Everyone has a plan until they get punched in the mouth' and once Ms. Vazquez punched Ms. Bredehoft in the mouth with those objections she could not adapt and think on her feet fast enough to formulate questions to illicit the testimony she needed from Ms. Heard. One of the most important skills a trial lawyer needs is the ability to think quickly and adapt to the unexpected."
We also were curious about the infamous moment when Heard's lawyer objected after asking Depp a question. It looked like a scene from a comedy about a lawyer who doesn't know what they're doing, but our expert had a simple explanation, "When you ask a bad question, sometimes you get a bad answer, and when you get a bad answer, you want it to stop. Normal reaction for a lawyer would be to object, it’s just not great when it’s your own question!"
Being beaten to “literally died” I would expect long term damage, just saying.
I would also expect a police report and the ER doctor’s testimony.
Load More Replies..."I'm not sure if my nose was broken. It felt like it was broken." XD
Because that's totally how that works (eyes rolled so far back into my head, I saw brain matter). What a joke
Load More Replies...don't forget she felt she didn't need to seek medical attention :)
And she was walking around with broken glass all in her feet?! Never once mentions taking the glass out or bleeding all over the floor... Do you know how much frickin blood there would be!! Photos show no blood on the floor of the kitchen, where supposedly this happened. Broken glass is SOOOOO sharp, I've gotten a 1 cm cut on my foot once and they're was blood EVERYWHERE! LOL. She had tons of cuts apparently, but she just keeps walking around and then just went to sleep? Like Im sorry, no. She describes her injuries as "scratches". Anyone who has ever cut themselves on broken glass will tell you that it is not just a scratch it is immediately a incredibly deep cut that you almost certainly will need stitches for in several places. Speaking from experience if you don't get stitches the scars are super wide and extremely easy to notice not tiny scratches.
Load More Replies...There was a moment when she very specifically described being repeatedly and severely hit in the face, and then apparently she took a picture of the injuries the next day. The "proof" she provided was a mirror selfie with a bruise on her arm and absolutely nothing on the face? Make it make sense...
Don't forget though, NONE of it was "serious enough to seek treatment" or stop her from wearing a backless dress that practically showed her a$$.
Does she know what 'literally' means? If she were literally dead, she would no longer be sitting there lying.
She "literally" died. No, like she did. A bloody pulpy mess on the ground. But, she lived to tell the tale!
It seems she was able to take pictures ? odd and he is asleep ? yes odd. Sent in peace
It’s sardonic. A type of sarcasm. Perfectly acceptable.

(not tomention She has lied multiple times during this case too. though) It is generally hard to prove and prosecute a perjury case because obviously, you need proof that it is a lie and not just someone misremembering, , but Heard has in fact admitted that she has not paid the money to charity. Or at the very least did not pay the full amount. Though she had the nerve to Blame Johnny's suing her for defamation as the reason she has not paid the full amount. If she had paid it when she said she pledged to do so, it wouldn't have been a problem. But she kept it for herself and is a narcissistic greedy lying b***h.

Beautiful, smart and ambitious... A true example of a superhero for young girls to look up to! Lots of respect for this lady! 🥰
Another detail that was very much talked about before Heard's testimony was the dog or human poop on the couple's bed. Heard denies that she left it there as a prank: “First of all, I don't think that's funny. I was not in a pranking mood. My life was falling apart. I had just been attacked on my 30th birthday… it was not really a jovial time, and I don't think that's funny, period."
Heard was also confronted by Depp’s lawyer about the $7 million she received as her divorce settlement that she pledged to donate to the American Civil Liberties Union and Children's Hospital Los Angeles as proof she wasn’t doing this spectacle for money.
The settlement was finalized in 2017 and until now the actress still hasn’t kept that promise, but when Camille Vasquez asked about it, Heard tried to evade the question and started explaining that in her mind ‘pledging’ means the same as ‘donating’ but later said "I fully intend to honor my pledges. I would love [Depp] to stop suing me so I can."
Don't want to answer an awkward question? Just answer *I don't recall*...as Per the Heard way...lol

You are right, I have CPTSD from years of trauma and I recall only flashes, and I have a very detailed memory otherwise
:/ sorry to hear you're suffering from that. ~~~~~~~~~~ loving energy waves for you 💙
Load More Replies...While dissociative amnesia is very common, it can be the complete other way around as well. Extremely vivid memories of a traumatic event isn't uncommon, just much more rarely spoken of.
I do believe I heard a quote from an expert on PTSD and they said not even war veterans have 19/20.
Yes, I am not an expert in mental health (just informed patient) but the diagnostic tools seem to list all common symptoms out of which most people have like 5 or 10. Sometimes some of the symptoms are mutually exclusive, even. I don't know the specific PTSD diagnostic tool, but in my honest opinion, 19/20 sounds like a nonsense.
Load More Replies...I also have CPTSD and can only recall around 5% of my traumas. My psychologist has said that it's my brain's self defense system, it blocks out those memories so I don't go insane with fear and I can move on with my life and for that reason, recall therapies (where someone has you discuss the events of your traumas) aren't recommended for me. Instead I was recommended for CBT and therapies that focus on healthy mental habits now, looking forward to the future. Amber recalls FAR too much, imo. Either she's super human and has the ability to live without the natural mental defense mechanism yet be untouched by the effect the memories of those traumas would have on her daily life or she's just lying.
I know when I'm having flashbacks I'm no longer present, I don't hear other people, I'm not aware of what I'm doing or that I'm muttering to myself out loud. I may even become enraged and take out the frustration on myself or something, and I would not be looking over to the jury or any one in particular.
Exactly. My first flashback, I knew I needed to close the letter I was writing to insurance about a patient, explaining procedures a patient had... I was in Word, which I've used for as long as it has existed, and I couldn't remember HOW to save the letter or what any of the tabs meant.

May you remember her words as long as you live. I wish you peace.
Load More Replies...I only have tiny flashes of memories of being gang-raped. The feeling of the tile floor underneath me. The taste of the gag in my mouth. The fear that it was dark and I couldn't see my attackers. The silence after they left. Blacking out in the shower only to return to awareness with my skin scrubbed nearly raw. 37 years later, and these flashes of sensation are all I can describe.
However, all of these things that Heard said weren't convincing enough to the people who follow the trial. People online mocked her facial expressions that didn’t match up with the emotions she was supposedly experiencing, they were pointing out all the irrelevant information she was giving and how illogical her stories sounded by trying to reenact the events, according to her words said during the trial.
Peter Tragos has a theory why Heard might overshare, "I actually think these details are a way Ms. Heard believes will prove she is telling the truth. At one point in her testimony, she said “why would I add these details if I was lying” or something to that effect. Less detail would be easier, and she is right, but more detail doesn’t make it true on its own."
Despite her effort, it sems that people more and more believe that every word Heard says is a lie, especially after people started remembering what one of Depp’s witnesses, Dr. Shannon Curry, said about Heard possibly having borderline and histrionic personality disorders and accurately predicting her behavior.
One of the "tells" that she's lying... She's on the stand testifying, displaying a great deal of emotion. The second a lawyer objects, it's as if the director called "Cut!" The emotions are abruptly cut off and her face is blank. "Overruled." Suddenly, the emotions return. She's acting, and she's not very good at it.
That’s what I’ve said from the beginning. Victims don’t act like she has, abusers though do act like that when they are challenged. Victims look wounded, hurt, embarrassed, often don’t look up. It’s unnerving to see her raging looks, and how she always turns and faces, directly talks to the jury when she responds to questions.
This! Absolutely this. She's on a stage playing a part.

Hysterical. She’d def have more chemistry with Jason Mamoa. Well, so would a rock.
Another thing that Peter Tragos noticed was "is the amount of arguments Ms. Heard and her lawyers try to make in the presence of the jury about inadmissible evidence. They are trying to plant seeds that there are all these photos and medical records that exist that they can’t see."
He gave an example of this, "At one point, Ms. Heard’s lawyers said the jury is 'entitled' to see evidence the judge deemed inadmissible. All trial lawyers play by the same rules, and those are the rules of evidence. There is nothing more frustrating than feeling like one side refuses to play by those rules."
The attorney was also surprised about Heard's provocations directed to the jury, "We all know the jury can’t go home and google anything about this case. However, multiple times during her testimony Ms. Heard almost baits them to break this court order by looking directly at the jury and saying 'look me up' or referencing the UK trial or articles not entered into evidence."

Every single time, in the future, when a man who has abused a woman is called out on it he will point to THIS CASE to 'prove' he is innocent. THAT is what Heard has done to female victims of abuse. Depp, however, has made it easier for male abuse survivors to speak out, he has made it less shameful and this will encourage at least some men. I don't think Depp is an angel, but no one deserves to be physically and mentally abused..
The only good thing about this whole event, is that it's shining a light on the fact that women can be the abusers in domestic violence cases. However, men keep silent, ashamed about being victimised by a woman, or fear not being believed.
Because, historically, they *won't be.* Usually, they'll be laughed at. Worst case scenario, they'll be accused of being the abuser.
Load More Replies...Wait so ima not the only one that sheds tears while yawning? I just thought I was weird….
Amber is probably guilty, but please don't jump into conclusion just from such details. Not everyone can cry. After I went through a series of difficulties in life, it's almost imposible for me to cry due to my own sadness, and when i cry, it's almost always because of being moved (for example, by a story in which a character gets out of trouble, and finally gets happy, after times of hardship). When I think of people who hurted me in the past, I rather get angry and anxious and I fall apart, but I don't become sad in a way I used to become. Instead of sadness, I often feel somekind of lethargy, and sometimes desperation too.
Note several times in cross she states ‘I love him’, then quickly corrects herself to ‘I loved him’. I feel she’s constantly looking at him both as a narcissist still fixated, but also a narcissist being cruel, as Dr Curry testified - looking to gain pleasure from any discomfort he shows at what she has done.
One of my adult kids dated a narcissistic sociopath for a while & she lived with us briefly. Not a fun trip. I learned all I needed to know about those disorders & more, in a very short time. What I have seen of AH's testimony & the evidence is like walking down memory lane, and not in a good way.

She testified that Johnny Depp repeatedly punched her in the face on several occasions whilst wearing a giant chunky ring on every finger yet sought no medical treatment and, according to her, was able to cover up the damage caused by it, including what she assumed to be a broken nose and her lip going through her teeth, with make up where she looked like she hadn't even been breathed on.

Load More Replies...Especially the one where she made a picture of the bruise on her arm from holding her firmly, but her face (that he allegedly punched 2 times) is visibly normal. Why would she cover up the face and then make a pic of the arm? Makes no sense.
That whole (stolen) story about the SA with the bottle - and she didn't seek medical treatment at all for that? She apparently thinks the jury was born yesterday.
Regardless of this specific case, I'm still bothered by how 'you didn't seek medical attention' is still an argument for 'therefore you most likely weren't abused', because lots of people who get abused don't seek medical attention for lots of reasons (one of them being fear of the consequences).
Considering the severety of her alleged injuries, she would get pretty significant scars or deformations (if not even worse consequences), if she didn't seek medical attention. That's what makes it so suspicious.

I am one who never got to make their abuser face justice. Even if I had, I would not have looked at him, I would be furious and afraid, and there had better be a bloody big guard between us. She makes me sick, the way she stares at him, everything it's just off. I know people react in different ways, but the eye contact, thats what gets me. Load More Replies...This is classic narcissistic behavior. They try to keep you away from family & friends by any means necessary, keep you all to themselves, and if you DARE to try to go somewhere or do something with anyone else - even family members - they flip out. When I dealt with a narcissistic sociopath in my adult child's life, this was her reaction to him trying to spend any time with family members or do anything without her involved: - "I'm going to kill myself" - then proceed to scratch her wrists & forearms with her fingernails to make it look like she tried. - Texted him incessantly, every few minutes: "Are you having fun without me?" "When are you coming home?" "Where are you?" "Who's with you?" "You're cheating on me, aren't you?" - Insisted on doing or learning how to do anything that he wanted to do with family members (play video games, go fishing, etc) - even if she didn't enjoy those activities - so that she could take the family member's place.

Her looking at the jury with each and every answer is probably creeping a lot of them out too. Granted, you shouldn't ignore them but you can say, "I don't recall" directly to the lawyer asking you. The jury isn't your audience and this isn't an 8th grade play
That's what got me too! All of his answers, he looked at the person asking, all of her answers, she looks at the jury and the "audience", like it was a role or something. I hope she gets everything she deserves; karma can be a b***h, and here's to hoping it's a HUGE one!!
Load More Replies...Her storming out was disrespectful to her team, the court, and the jury. She should be charged with contempt just for that!
I saw that but i dunno it looked kinda tame compared to the reactions people were giving it but then I've never been in court so I dunno the procedure involved.
I have only seen clips and stills of the trial, but it seems like the news/entertainment agencies love any shot with her mouth turned cartoonishly down. Does she think pulling that face is going to get her anywhere with the jury, not to mention the public at large? Good God, what a fantastical farce.
if she's not fake crying, she's got her eyebrows up in a glazed 'nothing to see here' expression. Kinda like she's between takes.
Couple of times I thought: She's trying to get a trapped fart out, that's why she's screwing up her face like that.
Ok, legit question (and I’m on team Depp): can Botox or some other cosmetic procedure prevent tears? I called out the no tears thing too, but inquiring mind…
Quick Google search but seems only badly done blotched Botox the kind that stops you from closing your eyes fully does that.

I literally just said to my sister she looks like a little kid pretending to be sad! Lol!

Is she auditioning for some sort of live action Muppets movie? Hate to give her any credit, but she'd make an incredibly convincing Beaker. (Could someone photoshop Beaker's hair onto her? I don't know how to do it).
This picture looks like Walter from Jeff Dunham's act.

Those are other narcs. They're horrified that all their tactics are being blown up.
In the beginning, she had many that supported her. I couldn't understand why?

Creepy thing? I had watched that movie a few months prior before I started following this. It was uncanny as hell.
That's got to hurt the worst for him. Narcs pull everyone you love away from you to make themselves only one in your life. Testimony how kid came to her with concern for her dad. If they did they were groomed to do so with bs fed to them about their dad.
It could have been genuine concern from the kid too though. If your dad isn't coming to see you anymore you might think he's choosing to do that and talk to his partner to get him help, not realizing the partner is the reason.
Load More Replies...Well duh, YOU can't just hit people but it's totally fine if she does it /s
From what I've read, I seriously don't think she sees others as people, even those coming to her defense. I think, to her, that they are more like vessels that work as a means to an end and that's why you're right - everything seems to be a double standard with her.

Burn! 75% of the redirect was listening to Camille Vasquez object and the judge sustain. Her attorney actually said, “I’m trying.” Right before she just frigging gave up.
I AM NOT DEFENDING AMBER HEARD HERE, (this thread is about all I know of the case) but I can believe someone in spite of all those failures. I think most people can; Justice Kavanaugh was on thin ice until he pulled an authentic, 30-year-old calendar out of his a*s to prove there's no way he was at any such party for the entire summer. His accuser couldn't say where or when it happened or who she was with. She wasn't a professional actress, but she actually developed techniques to defeat lie-detector tests for a living! They make it hard for her to win a case against Depp, because she can't establish that she was abused. But she only has to sow doubt that she wasn't.
You need to watch the court case. She accused him of raping her with a bottle, punching her while wearing chunky rings, she believed her nose was broken, and yet there are verified photos a day after such attacks where there is not a single injury on her; she did not seek ANY medical help after being allegedly raped; there is audio of her (more than one) in which she taunts him that nobody will believe him, in which she admits repeatedly that she hits him, in which she refuses to let him leave during an argument. He repeatedly says in adios clips that he wants to leave to stop the argument from escalating and she won't leave him; he asks her to stop hitting him and she says that she can't promise not to hit him again; and the list goes on and on.
Load More Replies...I may be the contrarian here but why are people trashing Heard and siding with Depp? Is it because he is the more famous? When people say that "she doesn't sound the way that a victim should sound"... haven't we debunked that sort of thinking? When people say "She was out in public with hm the next day" didn't we say that abused people's behavior with an abuser isn't necessarily predictable and rational. I'm not saying that she is telling the truth or that she is lying, but what I'm asking is why has the public (and BP) been piling on her the way they have? Nobody outside of the two of them knows exactly what happened but it seems to me that the two of them were in an unhealthy and possibly mutually abusive relationship... Depp seems toe have some serious alcohol and substance issues. But back to my point- why is the public vilifying her the way they are? Seriously asking. TIA.
(1) Amber has no evidence of any of the abusive events she describes...no photos, medical records, or witnesses. (2) Her testimony has consisted of accusing other witnesses of lying under oath. (3) The emotion she displays on the stand cuts off the second a lawyer says "objection," as if the director yelled "Cut!" Her face goes completely blank. The second she's allowed to speak again, the display of emotion continues. Human beings don't work that way. (4) There are copious paparazzi photos the same day or the day after she claims she was badly beaten. Those photos show no bruising, swelling, contusions, cuts...nothing. (5) Her testimony has contradicted the evidence multiple times. (6) Given my above points, Amber's charade is damaging to actual victims of domestic violence and sexual assault.

Load More Replies...You all want to know where are Amber's tears? I say this not for Amber's sake, but so REAL abuse victims aren't presumed to be lying when THEY don't cry either: you don't cry when you have adrenaline, even if you are expressing great anguish. Can you imagine how counter-productive tears would be when you are in a dangerous situation? So many armchair psychologists who don't know the first thing about physiology...
If you have to blow your nose from crying….there are tears. Much blowing from Amber. No tears. No one is suggesting all abuse victims must cry. Edit - physiologically - the reason your nose runs when you cry is the ducts flood causing tears to flow /drain from behind the eye into your nasal cavity. Same reason why your nose may run when getting your contact lenses in - all the sniffling while she’s acting upset should be a product of actual tears.

Load More Replies...It's not just the fact that she doesn't cry which a lot of people are defending her here for, it's her overall demeanor and responses. She's very aggressive in her responses even to polite questions. She doesn't answer questions in a straightforward manner. She doesn't accept any responsibility after admitting that she had hit Johnny. She has recorded everything but not one of that evidence matches her horrific claims of abuse. If a man wearing chunky rings had hit her in the face so many times she forgot the number, it would be much worse than even swelling and she didn't even have that. She calls everyone except herself a liar which is quite typical of narcissistic abusers. Multiple authoritative figures testified that they didn't see bruises on Amber's face yet she declares them all liars. Her face shows no fear, no concern, no hesitation at all. Real domestic violence victims might not always cry but you see genuine emotion on their faces recounting their horrors.
I don't believe Johnny has a crystal clear conscious here. I believe both of them were toxic within the relationship. I'm usually inclined to believe a supposed victim in a DV case. However, Amber has been proven to be blatantly lying this whole time. She's making a mockery of actual women experiencing domestic violence. I'm in no way #teamJohnny but Amber deserves any suing or punishment that is hopefully heading her way, perhaps a good psychological evaluation too
A conversation with amber heard’s legal team: “So I was-“ “HEARSAY” “I had a glass of wine-“ “Was it a MEGA PINT? It was, wasn’t it?” “My day was pretty good-“ “OBJECTION! Do you know the muffin man?”
Aside from who's right in this case, it just shows me how we are still immediately drawing from the argument 'why didn't you seek help if you were abused?' to strengthen that because someone didn't, they then must not have been facing abuse.
I have no idea why you are getting down voted. 100% correct. She keeps getting caught in her own damn lies. Her evidence is a lot of nothing. Swelling doesn't disappear with make up and just ice. Ice is NOT going to eliminate swelling from a broken nose! I'm all for hearing and investigating all allegations and giving the benefit of a doubt to the accuser but Heard has some major mental health issues that need to be addressed!
