I am a designer based in San Francisco. During the day, I work for a tech company and look at a lot of business charts. In my spare time, I've been also enjoying making some fun Venn diagrams and various charts. It turns out that making a chart is a quick and effective way to communicate absolutely any concept, from dating to procrastination.
Some charts are funny, some pretty dark, and some surprising... but I tried to keep them all honest. They are inspired by what's happening in my everyday life. Hope you'll find these enjoyable. If you like these, follow me on Instagram.

I like how the blue bar goes over the 100% line, because I expect more than I can actually give. AAAA-60e56...ee-png.jpg
I am originally from Russia, but I’ve lived in San Francisco for more than half of my life. I’ve graduated from San Jose State with a degree in Graphic Design and build my career working for tech companies in Silicon Valley. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling and cooking.
It's the yellow type that tends to get promoted, and then companies wonder why they're tanking. Do humans EVER learn??
At my annual performance review one year, in an extremely toxic work environment, my boss told me that my work was excellent, but I needed to promote myself more. Eventually, another employee -- the sister of one of the vice presidents of the company -- promoted herself into my job. She told my bosses that she could do it better than I could, and so they laid me off and gave her my job. It was the best thing that could have happened to me. P.S. She failed spectacularly at my old job, and left the company shortly thereafter.
I’ve loved drawing since I was a child and took some art classes, I’ve been doing it on and off as a hobby.. my main job is in product design. Drawing is a form of therapy, something I do because I enjoy creating humorous concepts and drawing. Sharing with other people helps to make the world a more fun place. Thanks to Bored Panda for sharing my work.
I try to care as little as possible. It's difficult though
just take a deep breath and sigh and walk on , leave the gossip to the gossips and just live how you want and do what makes you happy ]
Load More Replies...I always say I don't care what people think of me, but really I can spend twenty minutes trying to find an outfit I think people won't make fun of me in...
I honestly believe that puberty washes us in hormones that cause us to be hyper self-aware. I was fine with myself until puberty hit, then I was embarrassed by my own existence.
It makes sense that we care to some extent what other people think because we are social creatures in need of a group. At the same time we are not just our biology and can teach ourselves to not act on our fears of what we think others are thinking about us. Basically, we can feel and acknowledge the fear while choosing to act in ways that we choose.
Or at least I've learned whose opinion matters, and that's not many
Load More Replies...This is so true. I live in a city of @ 375k people and live near the downtown core. I've started channeling my inner Dude (Lebowski) when I walk my dog at night and wearing my housecoat for her before-bed walk. Only thing I haven't embraced yet is wearing socks with my flip flops. PS, I'm not an actual dude.
ppl with social anxeity disorders like me constantly care wat ppl think im 32 and its a constant fear that ppl will dislike me, b mean, bully, etc. ill have panic attacks if im in a room full of strangers unless my husband is with me. also some ppl who r materialistic, entitled or have big egos constantly care how they look they feel the need to look their best to keep up their reputation. my mom is like that unfortunately very entitled and materialistic. another type who cares r influencers they feel the need to always look good for their fans and followers. so this isnt entirely true. for the average person yes it probably is but if u take into consideration like job interviews or other situations where u need to look ur best then it becomes untrue again. ppl will always care unless its for a reason like me i dont care bc as long as i dont care and my husband still thinks im pretty wen i look like s*** my anxeity stays under control and my breathing and blood pressure stay normal. if u say u dont care and dont have a reason to not care then ur not fooling anyone.
I have given up trying to push down those thoughts. It's too stressful and I really don't need any more of that. It's a lot
relatable to an extent that i feel that my computer is stalking me lmao
I had a dream I couldn't find a phone # I desperately needed for a conference call already late for and here comes IT to disconnect my phone because they were moving my desk...I woke up in a cold sweat.. I'm thinking I'm getting too close to retirement for this stress level in my sleep
When I’m in bed at night I worry about every tooth that ever hurt ever and can worry so much I give myself an anxiety toothache Bc I’m worried did I brush my teeth well enough oh no there’s sugar sitting on my teeth I gotta water pick more I swear I have a cavity etc etc
And then even when I feel relieved that you're falling asleep, I dream about whatever anxiety inducing crap I was overthinking before.
I'll think about embarrassing things from even kindergarten sometimes
Anxiety - the only subject my memory never lets me down on.
Load More Replies...Deniak is the solution : just convince yourself that you did not make any mistake, and that's it.
The most difficult part is looking at the blank sheet of paper. When I start drawing I have no idea what it’s going to be about, but somehow the idea just pops in my head. The topics I cover vary, but I pretty much cover anything about daily life struggles, from the Covid pandemic, work-life, and just being a human.
Need is there bare minimum, you could leave in a big closet with food and a bathroom... Is a dreary existence but your basic needs are met
Technically, you can go wander naked in the woods and forage for food. Depends on where you live I guess.
Load More Replies...I have various sticks that I have named, including Carlos the Beautiful.
We all need to downsize - that's what makes thrift stores happy. ;)
I only ask for money when people ask me what I want for Xmas or birthdays as I have far too much crap in my flat as it is, I don't need more.
Exactly! Take long division for example. When I get a job, my boss won’t care if I just use a calculator!
Load More Replies...I've said this before, but I think if kids weren't graded on stuff we would learn so much more. Grades just stress kids out and make school something we all dread.
Nah, I apply the skills I learned in "Eng:450- Works of Geoffrey Chaucer" daily since I graduated in 2000.
All of that is learning as well. A large part of your education is learning to manage fear, humiliation, expectations, social situations, etc.
That boredom thing .....you can through that right out in my education career. Never happened to me. Trying to stay awake cause you work all the time....uhhh yeah that was real.
Maybe its done by a person whose country dont have them
Load More Replies...If you asked me what style I have I would say my style is “very badly drawn.” I’ve started these drawings every day during the lockdown. I’ll continue drawing as much as I want to and hopefully won't get bored of them soon. My inspiration comes from funny things I notice. Every day I see something funny that I want to capture. If you want to create art I have some advice for you. Just do it. Don’t strive for perfection, it’s the enemy of productivity.
at the end it's like they both have a piece missing... very creative
Even more interesting is how A.I. is beginning to replicate creativity.
A lot of art is just really happy, sometimes joyous, accidents that happened while you were trying to make art.
Don't worry. At least you know/believe it... I'm rather fond of YOU 😃❤️

Looks like a comparison between management that got their job due to a degree, and ones that came up from the ranks.
So that's the reason stupid jerkasses are so confident and repulsive ?
yeeessss. i know a fair amount about bonobos and random zoonotic diseases that i find interesting. if i know you well, expect a somewhat robotic lecture. if i do not knwo you, expect a very self-doubting lecture. and if you say that to prevent lyme we should kill deer, expect an argument. you would have to kill EVERY SINGLE DEER and then prevent more from moving in, and there's no guarantee that the ticks wouldn't pick a different mating ground. unless you're an expert, then you're right, i just read a book and the cdc page.
Houses I can afford should be a fraction of the ones I like. That yellow circle is way too big.
100% Relatable. We don't even have a drawing room, nor a library. Being poor sucks.
Or moving the blooming cat off your keyboard?
Load More Replies...Yes! Corporate America needs to realize that people can be productive and still be at home. Just wait until millennials start moving into upper mgmt positions.
I’m a millennial and I don’t like using my home office. I literally rent a space I don’t technically have to have because I need the separation. I’m not corporate America but I think people with corporate jobs probably need to be in the office where their head is in the game and they feel the pressure of having supervision. I think shorter work days and shorter work weeks is better than working from home.
Load More Replies...You forgot talking, petting and getting treats for your fur-baby at home.
I suppose that differs per person and kind of job too
Load More Replies...There needs to be another column for "how much you can convince others you know".
From my experience it looks big and heavy but it is actually weightless, with self love should be easy to remove.
This can only be achieved from open-mindedness and experience.
People always say live in the moment, but it's not so easy in practice
Actually we are always in the moment - everything else is just thinking. I love to listen to Eckhardt Tolle and his descriptions of human consciousness.
Load More Replies...Now doesn't exist ,the union of the two things is a singular circle for me.
My regrets are the things I did not do. I let myself be made fearful of trying.
As Master Oogway said: "Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, but today is a gift. That is why it is called present"
People complain about all the side effects of stuff like that but the easiest solution, not buying cheap crap online anymore to feed their (rather sad) desire/addiction for consumption, seems too difficult for them.
Load More Replies...I must be an outlier because I didn't order anything from Amazon. Then again, I've been steering clear of them for years.
Excuuuuse me but my stuffed llama with baby llamas are not useless poops!
Thus far I have purchased two items on the internet and those items are my binder and a book that I am still waiting for it to arrive.
In my household, Amazon has been really helpful. We buy everything there from cat food, to flat screen TVs XD
Seriously can we make spam calls, texts, and emails illegal? They’re so annoying it must stop.
Can people please stop calling Amazon "instant gratification"? It's not, you still wait for shipping.
That guy is going places though! That’s literally how you do it. Constantly chasing.
Yeah, he will work hard until he has a burnout in his 30s. He won't settle in a relationship because the next better thing is just around the corner. Heart attack in his 40s or 50s with no loved ones around. Great place to be.

Load More Replies...What does the pandemic have to do with showering? I mean, I shower the same frequency as before.
u cant go out as much so theres no need to shower and look good for anyone. both me and my husband have showered less
Load More Replies...For me it's the opposite. Whenever I'm bored, I shower. Once I took 5 showers in a day!
This isn't always true. Specially if you have a toxic/conservative family, it just gets f*****g worse.
Quality family time is like friends, love or hapiness : just a myth in movies.
or- how about getting scratched every single day by your spoiled and wild brother that is 8 years old and has not been taught manners by your parents, who don't have manners either
I am struggling with post COVID back at office. Work / home life balance seems more.difficult.
Yeah I miss all the cool loungewear I bought but never use anymore.
pjs all day long only thing i wear unless i go to visit my parents. they will criticize me and in a hurtful way but the store, around my inlaws, at home even a friends house pjs all the way. unless its something like a visit to my parents or event all my clothes have been just sitting there
Yeah, because all your clothes were magically changed... Obviously... /s
Perhaps having what you want works, too... For all of those who have enough money 😜
I'm in that intersection at the moment...and I don't think I see a way out.
Meh, loneliness is subjective. I can be surrounded by people and feel lonely, but be at home with my fur kids and feel completely at peace.
Everyone gets lonely even when surrounded by people...I do too, 36 phone calls, 3 meetings, 14 team members in and out all day and I am married and have a doggo. #BoredPanda is my happy place / respite before I go to sleep.
Lol perhaps. I couldn’t settle for that though. But it’s funny in a kinda true way, I think I just got lucky.
Best is you have hight standards but only apply them others and not yourself
My business partner says “you have the fear of going backwards WHILE you have the drive to move forward. Most people are only one or the other but we are both.” It has to be both to succeed on that higher level.
Wow... That was a lot of shitty pretentious arrogant toxic-positivity personal development bullshit...
