Gudim told us that he created "Yes, But" in 2016. It was inspired by thinking about how people handle conflicting things in their lives. "In fact, this format is the destruction of expectations, that is, a fairly standard humorous technique, but the signature 'yes, but' brings all disparate situations under one 'template,' showing how comprehensive it can be."

I see no issue with this. We should be treating our livestock well, and then enjoy them later.

It's better to force the industry to change to properly care for the animals we eat. You are allowed to love an animal and still eat the meat it produces. We need to force the industry to change and treat their animals better, and the best way to do that it through petitioning for laws. Don't $h!t on people just got eating meat, encourage them to help change the industry and help change it yourself!

Maybe if we didn’t have so many people, we wouldn’t need so many cows. Plus the “need” is inflated to justify/subsidize factory farms destroying wild land, moving/destroying wolves and bears.

... weird, huh? If we, for a moment, allow thoughts to be repulsive ... is it really more repulsive to use cows for their breast secretion than it would be to, say, borrow a different set of private parts for a pleasure that goes besides the tastebuds entirely? I'm not meaning to support any of this, but ... is it really that weirder? Isn't it, like, equivalent on a bunch of levels? Or at least, is that thought not one that may spark an interesting internal - or external - debate? Effing cows, is that worse than milking cows, including pregnancy, birth and all that goes with it...?

If everyone ate a plant-based diet, we’d need 75% less farmland than we use today. That’s because it takes less land to grow food directly for humans, than to feed animals, which humans then eat. Add to that the huge amounts of water required to produce animal protein, we are wasting our precious resources to stuff someone's cake hole with unhealthy dead flesh.

Well do you just want dead cows then? Not even edible? We save them for a point, and then there's the dairy cows...

God made some animal flesh for food once the animals pass. Our bodies cannot make certain amino acids and only eating meat can provide them.

So many things our grandchildren are going to give us c**p about; meat, cars, flying, melting the polar ice ... I just hope they survive to blame us. We're not exactly leaving them in Eden.
