I didn't expect to tear up so quickly in this post- but seeing someone run to the dog they thought they lost... oh my heart.

Sweetie looks like she knows this is one of the last times she'll be enjoying the sunshine, so full of nostalgia.

My dog did this too. She had a cancerous tumor in her stomach and one day we let her outback and when I walked back over to her after about 5 minutes of letting her be alone, I found her sitting like this, the sunset shining on her face and I just knew in that moment she was ready to go. I could see it in her eyes. She passed away peacefully that night. This picture brings all those emotions back.

My old pupper was very sick the end of his life but he still loved walks, so we put him in the wagon to go for walks. My little brother was very young at the time and one day and to ride with him. They both fell asleep together in that wagon riding through the sunshine. My heart melted that day.

Aw... beautiful. I carried my little old girl so she could still enjoy 'walks' with us.

Taking care of my old guy (13), who was suffering heart failure, was a tough but rewarding year. I carried him down the steps to lay in the sun too. People who love their dogs take care of them when they're elderly and/or sick. RIP Tucker

Ahhhhh bless her, I still have an pushchair in my shed that i have pushed around my older dogs before they passed and i will do it again as soon as my current dogs need it, it seems to make people happy seeing a huge guy with a pushchair and a little doggy head poking out. I will push them to their favourite spots and lift them out and let them chill out, just like this beautiful girl.

The owner didn't post her dog was dying, just that this was too far for her to walk. Perhaps too many steps, who knows? Whew. Nails in the coffin much?

Did you meow ? I noticed that's how they try to understand what's wrong if a human meows or do other questionable acts.

Boomer should be proud! They should do this at shelters to help the pets get adopted.

it's a common practice to raise cheetah cubs with puppies as playmates. I think I heard that they do the same with race horse and goats.

"Shame on you"?? Seems a bit much don't you think? Maybe the pup is a service dog and is in it's full right to be there?? I think I'm just going to enjoy the picture and leave it up to you to place shame on people...

Poor dolphin locked in a tiny pool. Your dog was probably an interesting distraction.
