I'm Rachel Sigmon, a wearable art designer, and SFX makeup artist. I have been creating wearable arts and headpieces for the last 6 years. And doing makeup for the last 12 years. I love working with various mediums and materials for my designs. I am 100% self-taught. I have a knack for creating an inspiring interpretation, whimsy and fantasy works.
I created most of these photographs with my business partner and photographer, Tara Van Rooyen, Elysian Fantasy Imagery. We have a fantasy photography business together and offer clients a unique photoshoot experience. The editor changed the caption and she put 'self-thought' instead of 'self-taught' I guess she didn't proof read it first. ☺️

You've created some breathtaking pieces, and I love the contrast of metals and delicacy! The photography is also stunning. I know your title was meant to be "self-taught" rather than "self-thought," but you stumbled on an important description that we should all aspire to: self-thought is where true creativity lies!

My conclusion after seeing the pictures: People like film producers should hire you, your work are top notch! They're super amazing (Amazing is not enough to describe the wonderfulness of your work tho...) >.<
