Despite most people saying that cats own the internet, there are some who dare say the same about dogs. It’s hard to really determine which of the two has more “real estate” on the internet, but one thing is certain: both make people smile.
If you’re a fan of Bored Panda, you will have heard of the Dogspotting Society’s Unflattering Dog Photo Challenge—a hashtag challenge on Facebook that has pet owners sharing some of the derpiest and most unflattering (but in a super adorable way) pictures of their dogs. We’ve actually covered it not too long ago.
Well, brace yourself for part 2 as people have recently started submitting pictures to the challenge, which you can find in a curated list below. And while you’re here, be sure to leave a comment and give the doggos some upvotes below!

Bored Panda got in touch with Megan Lewis, one of the people who partook in this challenge by submitting Gretel the German Shorthaired Pointer sitting on her bum, looking all nonchalant.
Gretel is actually Megan's "DIL" or "dog-in-law," as she puts it. She belongs to her husband's parents, they gave the blessing to post the image to the challenge. "So, Gretel is basically like my sister in law," joked Megan

When you've been under lock down for a year, you stopped wearing make up, you stopped combing your hair, you don't bother to get out of your pajamas any more, you had cereal for dinner, you've been using the same bath towel for 3 weeks and you started answering Telemarketer Spam calls just to argue and fight with the morons. As you might have guessed, Gretel's judgy yet oh so hilariously cute photo blew up online, garnering over 21,000 reactions on Facebook with over 1,300 comments and nearly 500 shares.
And this surely came as a surprise to Megan: "No one in the fam expected Gretel to 'blow up' online. We're just all so glad everyone that liked and commented got to see the spaztastic and funny family pooch!"

My neighbour has maybe 15 chickens, we let each other's dogs go into the other garden any time they want, my dogs will NOT mess with the chickens, they are feisty girls, and my neighbour gives them all old lady names like Betty, Vera, Margaret, Agnes and Rosemary.

No it's not. It's a perfectly safe and even calming way to train your dog. Many dogs will later go in their kennel to sleep because it is like their den.
