We're all guilty of a little DIY now and again. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn't. And sometimes it's just plain disastrous. But when it isn't TOO disastrous, it can often be pretty funny. The duct tape is not on the baby, it's just holding the pull-ups together. They separate at the sides, but this pair looks a bit small for the child wearing them, so you improvise and they work fine. I've done this before in a pinch when we were given a pair from another parent that were just a tad small for my child.
