I've always found the claim about dressing a certain way is why a person got raped to be mind bogglingly stupid. I pointed it out to someone in an argument when I was 15 that a women in a skimpy outfit was raped not because of the outfit but because the rapist was prowling an area full of clubs/bars where he could find a victim likely to be intoxicated, this particular women just happened to be on a night out to enjoy herself with friends and was dressed in common "clubbing" style clothes and was chosen by the perpetrator because she was by herself after drunkenly staggering away from her friends to get a taxi home. As I told my friend some poor women was going to be a victim that night regardless of how they were dressed.

I know a lot of people are having a reaction to the baby dress and while I do too, I just want to point out all victims are victims and none of them deserved what happened to them. If you don't see them all as equally awful you are indirectly buying into the idea of more/less innocent victims which is the opposite of what this is about.

Best comment I ever read on this subject was from a gay man who said that he had worn and not worn everything under the sun, and he never, ever felt like something he wore put him at risk of being raped. That basically, it's just an excuse that sick predators use to distract from the real issue. And that small child's pink dress is really upsetting.
