It’s really pretty and all, but why the heck would you want a spine tattoo? You are putting your life in some random tattoo artist’s hands. One slip of the wrist, and they could kill you! I’m not really one to take risks like that.
Do you seriously think a tattoo needle would go in deep enough to cause an injury? Even if they screwed up, it's near impossible.

the spine is absolutely the best place for a tattoo - so you can avoid looking at in years to come when you go "what was I thinking"?

I always see those Peter Pan silhouette/shadow tattoos and they are going to look awful as they age. They'll turn into weird black blobs.

All are flower tattoo only... I hate flowers tattooing it on my back... Next to impossible.
I have a cross on my back that was done for my grandmothers. I had it done because I know that no matter where I go, they'll always have my back and even though I can't ALWAYS see it, I know it's there. To you it's bizarre, to me it's comforting and meaningful.

A few of these I recognize the shadows of the scars from back surgery. In those cases you can't have epidurals anyway why not hide the scars?
