94-years-old Agnes Kasparkova turns a small village in her art gallery in Czech Republic.
These are traditional ornaments and many people used to decorate their houses like this. Mrs. Kasparkova was very skilled. Unfortunately she died in 2018, but her niece continue this tradition.
What a tremendous loss they suffered the day she passed away. So beautiful that she was able to pass along the tradition to her niece though. Through her, Agnes's work will live on.
Load More Replies...Stunningly beautiful! Agnes has some incredible talent. I love the vibrant blue colour and flower motif.
If I could afford to live there, I could probably (?) afford a maintenance team...
Chateau de Sannes, Fr - https://www.chateaudesannes.fr/en/nos-espaces-dexception/holidaying
Thank you, no prices otherwise I would've booked already
Load More Replies...So incredibly tranquil and calming. Anything that brings the natural world into the home gets a round of applause in my book. I could spend hours here lounging by the pool with a good book.
You put your comment into the best words possible, you hit the nail right on the head 👍🏻
Load More Replies...I confess: I’d lie there surrounded by hundreds of books, scrolling through my phone.
As a bibliophile this arouses so many emotions in me.... Sometimes just the feel or smell of books itself can be like a tonic to improve your mood.
Agree…when I walk into a Barnes & Noble, I can’t even explain the feeling I get. 🥰
Load More Replies...A perfect book nook! Nature, tons of books, a cozy bedroom--what isn't to love?
Now that...My wife and I would love the heck outa that.
Our planet Earth is so full of breathtaking places, you would probably need a whole lifetime to travel them all. But let’s say you just decided to do just that. Where to start? How to plan it? What to do and more importantly, not to? These are some of the questions you should consider before buying a one-way flight ticket.
Meanwhile, Big 7 Travel announced the list of the world's top 50 bucket list destinations that shouldn’t surprise us. "White sandy beaches are still a must-visit for many, with vibrant cities also making an appearance on a lot of people’s bucket lists," says Clayton-Lea, the head of the content at Big 7 Travel. In fact, countries with naturally beautiful scenery and world-famous landmarks came out on top: 22% of the destinations on the list have white sandy beaches, while 52% are iconic cities.
That water is gorgeous! Look at those blues and greens, absolutely stunning!
If stuff like rising tide or tsunami aren't a thing, I'd definitely would love to live there.
No tsunamis in the Mediterranean, and tides are normal. So yes, a nice place :)
Load More Replies...In some greek islands you can find this kind of houses next to the sea.
I literally made an account just to comment that I was about to say that 😭
Load More Replies...I also thought the exact same thing. Also the photo above!
Load More Replies...So many of these are like, "look at my unpretentious, casually, yet perfectly wrinkled duvet" AKA "I woke up like this"
How long did it take to arrange the duvet to look like this lol
Load More Replies...Ever felt the cold through a window...yeah like that, but the whole room.
That was my first thought. I don't see a heated blanket, baseboard or space heaters, nothing. Even the blanket that's there doesn't look warm enough.
Load More Replies...No, this is actually an RV teetering on the edge of an icy cliff!
Load More Replies...Somebody said this was a resort, maybe you can't live there but you can stay there and visit for a few days at least, and I'd come stay at this resort in a heartbeat if I can have a room like that. To me, this is majestic
Ecohousemerisi.com I believe was the address posted for it. In the country of Georgia. It's quite lovely if you check out all the views on their site. There's a restaurant table that sticks out like the bedroom and looks cool unless you're afraid of heights.
Load More Replies...I would hate to have white sheets. I'd be doing laundry every day.
sure. Makes sense. Non-white sheets don't get dirty
Load More Replies...have fun bumping into the freezing window in the middle of the night !
Pass. I don't like being cold, and how frikkin' hard would it be to change the sheets on that bed? No thanks. Plus this really isn't a "home" as the BP title would suggest - it's a small resort.
Changing the sheets would be so awkward. I wonder if the bed is on wheels
Load More Replies...While Bali topped the list of the 50 most popular bucket list destinations on Earth, some travel picks were less expected. "The top 10 list has a lot of the expected dream destinations, but there are a few surprises on the list: Paro Valley in Bhutan, for example, or Virunga National Park in the Congo," Clayton-Lea commented. "I think this shows a great appetite for a need to get off the grid and can only assume that social media (and Netflix, in the case of Virunga!) is responsible for spreading the word of these amazing places."
Bruges, Belgium. This dog was a popular tourist attraction, as it hung out in its usual place above one of the canals in the town. Unfortunately, when I went there, the dog had passed away several years ago.
It appears he had a lovely life. His pillow was a nice touch.
Load More Replies...I love walking next to houses like that here, so much of the Bruges center is soooo pretty
I remember this dog in Bruges from a canal cruise! So sad he's gone! I think I even have a picture of this somewhere.
honestly just to watch the rain and lighting would be awesome
Load More Replies...whenever I see something like this my first reaction is always - who cleans that?, who cleans all that glass?
Same here! Altho if I could afford a house like this, I could afford to pay someone to clean it!
Load More Replies...I just love how they kept the flow of color by using green for their furnishings!
Life in the terrarium, or how an ant feels under a magnifying glass.
Prosciutto, olive oil, moka caffe, home made bread, clear sea...this must be my Istria... or Italy :D
It's this, in Sicily, Italy. https://tonnaradiscopello.it/en/
Load More Replies...OH I SEE THAT VIEW OUT THE WINDOW RIGHT NOW. *Boyfriend looks over* NO LILY YOUR ON MICROSOFTS LOG-IN PAGE. EXACTLY!
I think I would be such an amazingly happy and calm person if I could wake up to a scene like this every morning.
Bored Panda reached out to Jolene and Andrzej Ejmont, the serial travelers and creators of family travel blog “Wanderlust Storytellers” to find out some tips that you will find useful in case you set out on a mission to visit any of these places.“It's no secret that often things go against the plan while traveling. But the best way to ensure that your mood stays good, even when things go not according to plan, is to pre-plan the ‘buffer time’ for when you are at a particular destination,” the Ejmont family told us. “For example: if you are going to Rome for three days exploring, book four days to be safe. And if that doesn’t help, there’s always cocktails, chocolate and ice cream.”
It looks like an amazing place! I would love to visit France one day, especially Provence! https://www.senanque.fr/en/
Load More Replies...I love purple so this would be amazing to look at every morning but at the side of a mountain is scary.
It's not on the side of a mountain, it's in a valley. https://www.senanque.fr/en/map-access/
Load More Replies...My family has allergies to lavender 😥😢🥲 I’m just gonna appreciate this from afar but it’s gorgeous
Looking forward to the day when I can sleep in a holo suite!
Load More Replies...imaging being there during a storm/ when a storm is approaching. It would be awesome
You guys should see my house... it is nothing like this! The view is jaw droppingly hypnotic!
I don't know why you're getting down-voted, my house is nothing like this either! Only I don't want anyone to see it!
Load More Replies...Nope! Have that already. Waves like that, without borders, are chaos 24/7/365
I can just see myself jumping from the upper pool to the lower pool!!
I have a weird phobia of pools suspended above ground for the fear that the structure can't support all of the weight. Looks pretty and scary at the same time.
very nice, but a lil un nerving imagine if the one in the top pool pee'd in it the one in the bottom would swim in his toilet water
Is it bad that the first thing i thought was, "Oh god, if the person in the top pee's in the pool..."
Moreover, little details count when you travel and hiring a car without a GPS is such an easy mistake to make, but it can surely make your travel go sour. “It is so much better to rely on the GPS than your personal phone’s maps. It doesn’t matter then if you happen to have no reception on your mobile phone,” Andrzej said.
I'd love to be curled up in a super comfy chair looking out those windows with heavy rain
I simply could not think of anything more perfect! The smell would be heavenly!
Load More Replies...Ok now make this room have library walls and overstuffed chaise loungers with that view, and that's my heaven
That's a swell idea you got there 👍🏻 May you have a home like that in the future, with a view even better than this one
Load More Replies...Love them movies..my favourite is Only yesterday. The animation is gorgeous.
Load More Replies...The mountains look a lot like those of the English Lake District, but it's actually in Japan. See https://www.pinterest.co.uk/pin/572238696407771397/
Load More Replies...I am going to start working toward color blocked plantings in our wildflower yard. Awesome idea!
I am mind-blown beyond compare. I want this house. Or at least that aesthetic. My gosh that's beautiful. O.O
When asked whether, in their opinion, people are generally more experienced at traveling these days, the Ejmont family said that’s definitely the case. “People are slowly venturing out to more and more of less-travelled destinations and experiencing travels like never before.”
“This, of course, creates more understanding for travel and as a side effect, enriches more and more souls with tolerance, humility and compassion,” Andrzej told us.
Glass walls, metal roof and zero insulation. This is a nightmare to live in :-(
it's. the. tropics. it needs zero insulation. and the thick foliage gives the privacy glass walls don't. this is wonderful, in my opinion.
Load More Replies...Love the low-key-ness of the place. in an environment like that you don't need a big fancy building.
I think it was. Then it was on the BBC programme, with Caroline Quentin and that architect, and they then got in the hot tub.
Load More Replies...It looks wrong. Like i am looking through a portal into a city.
It is a house in switzerland. It is quiet big. (Maybe Orks live there which are already retired?). - it is used now as a hotel and the entrance is from a nearby wooden cottage through a tunnel in the hill as they wanted to keep as much untouched nature around it. See some photos on u-tube: https://youtu.be/sjhx2cVK5Kk
Yeah, thee house exists but this is not the location it's in. Look at the background! Someone copied it out of the video and put it into the random hill here. That's why it doesn't fit.
Load More Replies...It's called the "Villa Vals." A project by Bjarne Mastenbroek and Christian Müller in Switzerland.
"‘The Scola Tower’ Built in the 17th century, It stands over 42 feet tall in the sea by La Spezia, #Italy The tower was originally designed, as part of a defensive system for the Senate of the Republic of Genoa"
This is the only one with a description of the location. Sure would be nice to know where the others are.
I agree! You have to click on the instagram link in the lower left corner of each one to figure out where it is. I don't mind doing that for one or two, but every. single. one? Our BP "author" kinda dropped the ball here.
Load More Replies...Now this would be so cool to camp overnite here. The isolation, the quiet, the night sky, the sound of the ocean.
When asked about solo traveling, which seems to be tending lately, Andrzej said that solo travels are filled with adventures like no other. “To lose yourself in passion for travel and be open-minded to whatever comes your way, whomever you meet… definitely an adventure in itself.”
This would definitely be in my she shed. I have always wanted a place strictly dedicated to my reading area.
I want a she shed too - one part for relaxing & reading, the other part for all my crafting. With a solid lock on the door!
Load More Replies...I know right! That live edge piece of wood is phenomenal and the width is amazing.
Load More Replies...I just started building shelves like this in my living room. I have 18 ft ceilings and I wanted these shelves for years. I don't have enough books yet to fill them but I've been going to used bookstores every chance I get. Only a few where I live so I have to travel out of state.
I'm planning that now - gonna get bookcases for my bedroom & turn it into a library! By using bookcases, I can move them with me if we ever find our home in the country!
Load More Replies...Gotta get solid wood for non-bowing shelves. Been there & learned the hard way!
Load More Replies...I don't understand the whole "sitting on the floor" thing. I love the look of "boho chic", but everything is so close to the ground! I'd much rather curl up in a comfy chair than sit on some mat.
I am trying to achieve this state of chaos for years. It's a lot of work
Load More Replies...Mowed the yard, took 2.5 minutes, then sat down and enjoyed the garden.
I love cottage gardens like this! I can almost hear the crickets and bees.
Perhaps the husband IS the clutter? Muahahaha!!!
Load More Replies..."Barcelona’s Liceu opera audience was made up of 2292 plants. A string quartet performed Puccini to the potted plants before they were donated to 2292 health workers"
Rare photo of the Ents taking a break from tree-hearding, just enjoying the evening.
Nothing I hate more than elitist, stuck up plants who think they're better than me because the go to the opera and concerts all the time. Okay, I admit they probably are better than me...I can't really compete with any plants especially posh ones like these.
They are not better than you, they just think so. But in the end, they are just ordinary green and use the same sunlight as you and photosynthesize just like everybody else. Cheer up!
Load More Replies...I believe that this was done as a charity event at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic. Nobody could attend in-person events due to fear of the virus spreading, so they filled the opera house with plants in place of the human guests that would have attended.
When you are a nurse that takes care of people for 14 hours a day, I'm sure a potted plant is exactly what you want as a donation.
THANK YOU! My sister, niece, and a cousin are nurses & they have been to hell & back with this pandemic. My sister drives 80 miles one way to her job in the ICU. My niece works in a children's hospital. My cousin became a traveling nurse & served in New York City at the very beginning, and in Texas.
Load More Replies...Pay taxes. Vote for better government. Stand with health workers' needs.
Load More Replies...Play for mindless plants and ignore the health workers who should have been in those seats.
Considering everyone was in lockdown, and the health workers were WORKING to save lives, maybe do a special free concert after the worst is over? I think a big cash donation to each one would be a much better gift.
Load More Replies...It does look very Federalist....just dropped it into Google Images...it is apparently in Philadelphia....
Load More Replies...Everyone knows that you never build block shape houses. That's what noobs do.(Minecraft joke)
I couldn't cope with the lack of privacy. I'd need blinds or curtains.
Load More Replies...This place looks like it's right off the front page of *The Saturday Evening Post* which was illustrated by *Norman Rockwell* ,painting more than 300 covers during his time there.
Load More Replies...Upon seeing this, a thousand US home owner association officers' heads exploded.
That would just be Orange County , Florida. Home to Disney World.
Load More Replies...According to google, this is town in Greenland. It looks nice, I would like to visit.
I lived in Texas as a kid and we would visit brown wood (a very small town) and for some reason I associated the colors and thought brown wood was next to green land and somehow we could cross the continent in four hours
Load More Replies...Couldn't have said it any better, for real, damn near took my breath away; I could look at this picture all day long
Load More Replies...This is in Puerto Rico. So beautiful I had to look into it! Check out some more shots: https://www.instagram.com/p/B-zWaailu5j/?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y=
WOW!! I would be so wrinkly and water logged from being in that pool so much.
Where's the comment from the robot about making tons of money at home.
Exactly what I was thinking. For me, the functionality is as important as the aesthetic, maybe even more. This looks cramped and uncomfortable, and a little bit unpractical, both to use & to clean.
Load More Replies...“The gardens of Eden”
This is gorgeous-- it looks like they have incorporated elements of traditional Japanese architecture.
Beautiful, but I would do nothing except stare at that spot of imperfectly-trimmed arch on the left and seethe all day long. LOL
Or so sure it’s a window. Maybe an opening, like a porch.
Load More Replies...Looks like a scene from "French Kiss" with Meg Ryan and Kevin Kline.
Anyone else imagining something huge coming out of the water to swallow the person in one gulp? Or did I have a hard night?
I thought exactly the same! I get anxiety by just looking at the dark endless pit....
Load More Replies...That is spring of the Cetina river in Croatia. Water flows from the sunken cave. Water is very cold, even in summer. Cave is explored, found no bigteeth monsters.
If I squint my eyes just so, I can see your pretty gemstone. But I'm still waiting for the gigantique creature.
Load More Replies...It looks as if he is floating on top of an eyeball...makes me feel so uncomfortable. lol
This is absolutely gorgeous! So much more inviting and welcoming than a regular subdivision setup.
Load More Replies...Roundness aside, at least on shelland, hedges for fencing are kinda standard. Its very nice, you trim them occasionally but its not as much of a hassle as it seems. Its not very often. Gives such a nice feeling of privacy. And yes, no driveways, because most people dont need them. Our rowhouse complex had a little parking lot out by the sheds for the few people who had cars. We had a car, but actually used it quite rarely. Like in Canada, a supermarket can be across the street and people will still drive there. In Denmark the little mall was like 20 minutes away, but we still biked cause its not very far why would you take the car unless its like raining heavily or something. If you really want to, take the bus, Car is such a hassle. Basically its an attitude thing. Helps that Denmark is actually designed for pedestrians and not f*****g machines. The grocery where my mom lives is walking distance easily. Its half a block. Except theres no sidewalk. Its bonkers, i could easily walk there, i would, but i gotta do it on the gravelly muddy shoulder of a busy 4 lane road. Its 1 bus stop ffs.
Would looooveeee to have any of those houses!!! I'm house hunting, seems like I'm doing it on the wrong budget and country!
Two questions: where does my car go? And how do I get to the ones in the middle?
Not wasted at all, just designed so that people and ecosystem can live together rather than being paved over as if nature itself was a hideous enemy
Load More Replies...That's what natural inland water often looks like. I get not leaving the house much but c'mon!
Load More Replies...There is an apartment complex here in the area I live and it's surrounded by water like this all the way up to the back porches and it's actually a duck pond, ducks can walk right up to the sliding glass doors.
Mimosa for breakfast, coffee for lunch, wine for dinner. And a little cheese, please
Wondering if the glass is tinted otherwise everything will fade within months.
That adds to the appeal to me! Those colors all muted and melty...? Gorgeous!
Load More Replies...This is such a happy vibrant space.. I can't imagine being depressed or even in a bad mood here. ❤️
Ah, Paris! I would love to spend a month or two there! I could put up with the crowds for a long stay in Paris.
Stunning. The view of thunderstorms rolling over the ocean would be spectacular from that view.
yea like one little scare would send that laptop all the way to Davy Jones locker
Load More Replies...I thought it was a vanity for putting on makeup.
Load More Replies...Ahhh I'm internally screaming at how amazing this is! I've always wanted to live by the ocean and just take in the view every day... This would be a dream come true
This looks computer generated. I don’t think it is, but it reminds me of something in a room escape game.
I think this is the abandoned village of Houtouwan. Old fishing village on an island somewhere in China.
It's an abandoned village in China that is now underwater due to a damn that was built. The entire village was forced to move.
You might find yourself covered in moss/leaves and unable to leave after sleeping there overnight.
Sounds like something out of the SCP Database, but I agree. It definitely looks like that.
Load More Replies...Love it, but that bed wouldn't work for me - I'm too old to be climbing up off the floor when I wake up in the middle of the night to go use the toilet!
I would absolutely love to live here. I can imagine walking outside with a warm cup of coffee every morning and watching the horizon.
With your favorite music playing in the background and the love of your life standing right next to you 😁😊
Load More Replies...Anyone know where this is? Something about it says sort of Texas-y to me.
I was so confused as to why there was a corner on the trim, but no window connection line....
Load More Replies...All well and good until an aircraft emerges from the clouds heading straight for you
I agree. Just being surrounded by too many people would have me in a constant state of anxiety. It's bad enough living in a house in a subdivision! And I can't stand heights like this.
Load More Replies...As seen from a neighboring building where strict condo association rule prohibit anything other than two association-approved chairs (in beige #1 or beige #4) on the patio/balcony, and all flooring must remain the original terracotta #83, or they'll foreclose and evict you.
Paris
I live there. Let me tell you, it's nothing like it's made to look like in these posts or in movies... Great to visit for a week or two (if you have money), pretty bad for most people...
Load More Replies...Somebody on instagram would love to live there. Just because you don't like it doesn't mean nobody can.
Load More Replies...I thought they're the apartments from FRIENDS. One on the left is Monica and Chandler's, on the right is the one Ross trying to buy (the naked guy's).
Also, does it come with the cute little pupper on the porch? I'm sold either way
My parents have one of those bushes. Always loved how some sprouted up pink while others sprouted blue or purple. My complete favorite color combo (the three of them together are gorgeous, but I especially love blue and purple together 😁)
Tatami blinds & Zen pool. Definitely Japan 🇯🇵 Only needs a koi pond.
I'm scared of having so much white around me... I don't trust myself to not accidentally turn it into muddled tie dye if ya know what I mean...lol
It's pretty, but I would definitely spill coffee on that rug. It's inevitable.
very probably in Provence, France. here is another house of the same type : provence-6...3c6676.jpg
I was thinking Baja, Mexico. (Probably Baja California Norte)
Load More Replies...Yes, it does! I love FLW's designs, but tbh, you couldn't give me one of his houses. A lot of them were designed to have specific furniture with no leeway for rearranging, and a lot of built-in stuff. Many had the plumbing & electrical conduits buried in the concrete walls & floors - horrifyingly expensive to maintain & repair.
Load More Replies...I'm with you. But I would hope that if someone could afford to renovation a place like this, they would think to put in radiant heat flooring. :)
Load More Replies...Or North America. Or even far South America. Or any part of the temperate zone. :)
Load More Replies...It almost looks like some kind of "zen retreat" resort.
Load More Replies...It's a windowsill, with a wall heater right under it. I don't prepare my food on the windowsills. Cats are welcome on the windowsill but not on the counters.
Load More Replies...minimalist design perfection. every sunset presents a new palette for the open air 'wall' and i am so here for it.
How would they handle the sunlight during the day?
Load More Replies...This looks like how I imagine houses when reading victorian era literature
Same, I was like the water ain't got s*** on that pasta lol
Load More Replies...OP says they are in Milos, so you may be right.
Load More Replies...i didn't want to live here until you said that. Now I do. But more walls, please! And more furniture! And rugs!!
Load More Replies...I would worry about bits flaking off into my food.
Load More Replies...Cold, unfinished, dark, scary, reminds me of when I was a Child in my cousins giant house he was remodeling. Looked the same, functional, but ugly looking. It reminds me of water, mold, rashes And earines. Probably first time feeling agoraphobic
I'd like to see the rest of the house. I imagine an herb and flower garden through those doors.
I would have thought so too but OP says Italy.
Load More Replies...Waterlily harvest in Vietnam.
Not necessarily - it's called "places I'd like to live".
Load More Replies...With a view like this, I would decorate in a Japanese style.
Um, so there is a bed? With a chair plus coffee table next to it? Facing a couch?
It's probably what we here in the U.S. call a "studio apartment". In the UK, I believe it would be a "bedsit". A small apartment for one person, usually with a kitchenette & a separate bathroom. I've lived in a studio & it wasn't bad at all. It was perfect for the stage of my life at the time.
Load More Replies...And a VERY well-stocked pantry! No fast trips to the grocery store here!
Load More Replies...yeah, the textures are all wrong for it to be real, and not a digital rendering. they're too flat.
Load More Replies...Bookstore of La Halle St Pierre (Art Brut Museum) in Paris, very close to the Sacré Coeur, if you were wondering.
Beyond The Bath: A Dreamers Guide - Thomas Cowan 1983
Does that make you a bug?🤔(Sorry, couldn't help it🤣)
Load More Replies...The amount I would probably drop a pen at that work desk only to have it roll off down to the first level.... it's a nope for me lol
My nope is the open staircase. I'd be a nervous wreck.
Load More Replies...Somewhere out of frame. I'm curious about the pillows center right and the net center left.
Load More Replies...Torn between south American city or China, due to scaffolding outside... Interior is not clear, a bit weird with the wall paneling, yet tropical flooring... China/Asia area... But not a big big city like Kuala Lumpur... (Sorry this is fun guessing to me)
The flooring looks kind of cheap to me - you can see ripples & bumps in it, maybe it's cheap laminate? It would be nice if there were captions on these pics that said where they are.
Load More Replies...That mirror makes it look like the fireplace is freestanding mid room. I've slept on the floor - build a platform!
Yes, if you can afford a home like this, you should be able to afford a basic bedframe!
Load More Replies...Now that's what I'd like.A nice lil music room. Only thing missing is a 2 or 3 others to play with and a drum kit.
I love worn paint on the walls, it looks old but clean and well cared for.
I love the distressed paint and the gorgeous tiles on the floor.
It's Venice, so whatever the Venice canals smell like. Probably seawater and fish?
Load More Replies...it does not smell of sewer or fish, at least it did not in the spring when I was there
Before going to Venice, I had same concerns - about the smell, but it appeared very clean fresh and neat
Load More Replies...I Google searched the image and found "Vietnamese woman making incense sticks for the Tet festivities, the New Year celebrations, Vietnam, Asia"
Load More Replies...Probably a niche with shelves for shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc.
Load More Replies...Walking up the wet, slippery steps without a guard rail scares me a lot.
Load More Replies...Ok, i already posted the same comment on another picture, but this definitly is a render of the Poolrooms from the Backrooms lore.
that is what i thought i was like wait this is one of the backrooms levels mabey not here
Load More Replies...This place would be so creepy if it were abandoned and dark
I don't know why but for me the only acceptable colour for pools' water is blue. Green pools look so eerie and dirty.
This one looks totally photoshopped to me. If it were real, there would be a lot more signs of people actually living there. That pool looks completely out of place. Probably the work of an "influencer".
Load More Replies...I can feel the mild heat radiating from the walls, accompanying an evening of drinks and good company.
Can you smell the cooling Stone and evening breeze?
Load More Replies...I would not let my kids sit on that wall..all it takes is a sneeze and off ya go
Just getting into bed would be a pain in the a$$.
Load More Replies...Not even then for me, as I kept falling out of the bed while sleeping when I was a kid and this made me remember it 🙄
Load More Replies...I would keep stubbing my toe, breaking an ankle, falling into the pit! Too accident prone for this gaff.
Same, but I like the overall design. We had a lamp like that some years back - wish we still had it, it would be worth some money now!
Load More Replies...I just knocked them into my head before reading your comment 😆
Load More Replies...The darker version looks like Niander Wallace's bath from an edited scene of Bladerunner 2049.
Something about glass houses…stones…can’t remember the rest
People who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones.
Load More Replies...That was my first thought too. Strangely enough, there are people who love this look - the ones who don't want the background to detract attention away from them!
Load More Replies...Agree. Whether one has kids or not, a simply miss-step and away you go.
Load More Replies...No, it's a real thing, this one is in Spain. https://www.ignant.com/2017/09/08/inverted-solo-house-pyramid-by-tna-architects/
Load More Replies...Take the photoshopped-looking bed out of the lake and the scene would be perfect.
Not photoshopped - you can see the sheet hanging down below the surface of the water, and it's wet halfway up the side of the mattress. It's still a stupid looking thing to do.
Load More Replies...What gives the lake its red color? I imagine there are pigments that do that but i’m not too sure
I think its the shrimp or bacteria that makes flamengos pink
Load More Replies...Stunning view, however, I'm not sure what this has to do with spectacular homes...
The title of this one is a bit misleading. The instagram it was pulled from is "Somewhere I Would Like to Live", so it's not just homes, it's also various places around the world.
Load More Replies...I'm intrigued by that loft space. It looks like art installations with "stage" curtains.
Just put the bed on the ground floor, you aren't using the space effectively anyway.
I like the eclectic chairs. Kevin's right about space use; I'd probably use the loft for an artist space.

Yeah, there was quite a bit that didn't disclose the location, but there also quite a bit that did, some of em had captions/brief summaries underneath the pics while others had comments from people who knew where the pictures came from, due to remarkable Geography intelligence and living in or near the areas personally. That's part of the reason I like scrolling through the comments xD

Sure beautiful windows look nice in a photo, and if it rained it would be cool, but if it's sunny you would fry.
