Homeowners: We want a long, thin window to run down this wall. Contractor (who is also the homeowner's brother in law): I don't have a window exactly like that, but I can improvise.

Love to see what it looks like on the inside. One long curtain? 4 small curtains? Is this on the inside stairs? Are 2 windows fake?

What does this look like from the inside?? Is this a really tall open room, four really short levels, or two levels that might not have enough floor/ceiling in between them? Maybe it's a stairwell?? What is happening here?

I was in a house with something sort of like this, this week. Only two windows, each one double the lengh of the ones in this picture, and a very nice sheer treatment. It looks great as you walk down the stairs and gives light to both up and downstairs.

This actually looks like a good idea. It removes that little line of light the peaks through the curtains.

This is not as bad as the others.

I don't see what's that bad about it? It's a bathroom, you can put blinds on the windows and there's appropriate bath mats preventing slipping

Those prints were very popular in the 80-ties (well at least in my country). Had a similar design for wall paper in my teeny-weeny room back then!
