As a former pizza slinger, the uneven slices are most often because of the speed at which they need to be done. Especially if it's just you and you've got 2 ovens cranking out at the same time. If you aren't fast enough the next one out will hit the floor. And the cheese, well, yes the little table I guess, but more likely they also ordered a side or sodas that some idiot (often the same one who is tasked with keeping up with the ovens alone)placed on top of the box versus on the side of said box.

I only wanted the topping anyway.
