I've ordered clothes online and sometimes I wasn't too happy with what I got. I'm a "little Ole Lady now, but we did have prom dresses in the 1970s, and I wanted something a little more "me" and a lot less "off the rack." W didn't have tons of money, so the first year, I started looking at the clearance racks, especially if the store was going out of business. The next year, went through a lot of old magazines and found a dress that I thought I could improve upon. Then, my mother, her friend and I came up with "My dress." It wasn't as expensive as some dresses that I looked at and I felt like Scarlett O'Hara at the barbeque. I was impressed with how I looked and that made me glow from within. At this point, if you can't get your money back and a new dress in hand quickly enough, start looking for deals. Maybe someone just got married and they don't need the brides' maid dress anymore. Sometimes, ordering online is great and other times you'd rather wear the box it came in.

Simple solution - cut out the bra pods, wear a skin-tone bra and the dress is fine. Oh, and also stand straight, helps a lot.

I think the model is standing on a chair, so just get get to the prom early, stand on the first chair you see and don't move all night

Maybe if she was 7 foot tall and had huge boobs? Yep, the model is on a stool or chair, but the dress shouldn't bunch up on top without a chair.

It's not just the length. The prom girl is tiny. A good tailor might be able to take this in, but sometimes you just can't!

Well, it's definitely a disappointment, compared to what you were promised and payed for, but it doesn't actually look that terrible.

Seems a lot of the commentary forgets that these people aren't getting what they paid for... the material itself is cheap as is the workmanship and that something that isn't portrayed in the advertisements no matter what size the model versus the size of the buyer.

Get a full tuke slip to hold the skirt out.
