Some neighborhoods boast incredibly beautiful houses that just demand the attention of passersby. You're lucky if you live in an area that's home to those architectural gems. Of course, we all have different tastes and preferences, so what might be a masterpiece for one could be considered a miss for another. But as they say, there is no accounting for taste.
I got curious about the most beautiful houses our Pandas have noticed in their neighborhoods, so I asked them to post a picture of their findings. Here are the prettiest houses spotted by our community!

Beautiful Cleveland Victorian Home
Not a fan of the mustard brown colour but other than that it's fabulous!
Nor I, but could be historically accurate. Some 'vintage' home owners like to keep the look authentic.

Makes it more interesting to know at least the country and region. Even in a small country like the U.K. styles of older houses can change dramatically from region to region.

The Prettiest House In My Village
Yup, West Oxfordshire to be precise.
Load More Replies...Every summer we can rent a cottage on the Isle of Wight, if it's not too dear...
It saddens me when people attach buzzwords and trending Tik Tok labels to historical things. This isn't "cottagecore", it's a fulfilled means of necessity created before industrialization. The fact that I, too, love it is the only thing I can agree with.
Bucharest, Romania
Omg I passed this house years ago and I lived it. I was annoyed I didn't get a picture if it.
It would be nice to see the inside of that room at the top with the half-round windows.
I get paid over 190$ per hour working from home with 2 kids at home. I never thought I'd be able to do it but my best friend earns over 10k a month doing this and she convinced me to try. The potential with this is endless. Heres what I've been doing.. :) AND GOOD LUCK.:) HERE====)> https://www.hmjobz.com

Gazcue, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic
This is the only one I like a lot so far that I’d actually want to live in. Very cool

Beautiful Little Gatehouse Right By My Mum's House
A Beautiful Pocono Mountain Creekside Home
Same. The sound must be very soothing.
Load More Replies...This is pretty much my backyard. The creek is called The Mud Run and is known as a natural spring-fed creek and a great spot to catch fish!
While it's a lovely house I wonder about flooding if/when the river overflows its bank, it's right there at the edge. *Bites nails
The little white cabin near water and surrounded by nature? Can I move in?Please! So beautiful!
You could but it's a bitch when it snows up here... you may not get out for a day or two but that's why we have generators and sub-zero freezers...

So lovely. I’d let the lawn grow wild and strew it with wild flowers and let the little creatures thrive. Beautiful.
The House I Grew Up In. So This Is The Most Beautiful House In The Whole Wide World
What makes a home beautiful isnt the interior or exterior, but the memories and people inside of it.
Parish House, 18th Century, Czech Republic
And the trees giving shade, too! Many of the more modern (American?) houses stand there without any trees somewhat naked on a manicured lawn that looks like plastic. This place is alive.

I didn't know Crepe Myrtle range went that far north. I guess the coastal climate allows this. I love those trees. So pretty all summer long.

A Castle They Fix To Make Some Rents In It. And Yeah I Live In It. Nantes, France
It's like any stairway: Right side for walking, left side for being a tree.

Hailsham Grange, Hailsham, East Sussex, UK
The UK has some of the most beautiful homes I've ever seen. I especially love the little cottages with the low ceilings and walled gardens.
Oh my goodness, I grew up in Hailsham. This house is the nicest thing about the whole town, the rest of it is filled with drug addicts and Irish travellers who park their caravans all over the place where they aren't allowed to be.
Love A Bit Of Wisteria. Taken From This Angle To Get The Church In Too. Suffolk, UK
1920s House, Some Might Hate It But I Personally Love The Character And History
History: This house was built in 1921, and was originally part of a row of fraternity houses for Southern Methodist University. During the 60s, the University constructed new fraternity and sorority houses closer to campus, and left these homes abandoned. For decades, there were about 10 of these homes lining South Boulevard in Dallas, and a few of them were torn down. As far as I know, people started buying the houses and now many of them are occupied with people like me who love the character. Here are some of the houses: Screenshot...0dc6ce.png
Not So Much The House, But The Vegetation On My Neighbor’s House, Near Madrid
A Modern Take On Mid Century Design. Edmonton, Alberta
Out of all the pretty houses in Edmonton, this is what was chosen?! I can list a dozen properties off the top of my head!
My Mum's Village
They forgot to cut the old stems, it is leafy on top, but the bottom should have been taken care of better for it to fully leaf/bloom

That's what it looks like. If it's actually a house, the architect has no creativity whatsoever.

Used to go to the Bear Steps at lunchtime from college :)

Look At That Lawn. Chef's Kiss
take me down to paradise city where the grass is green and the house it pretty!!!! ohh won't you please take me home??? yes, i know i changed the words ;)
There's a very happy face above the archway, probably enjoying the shade!
Colorado is in the middle of a multiple year drought. Just look up the fires they have had over the last couple of years. Houses like that use LOTS of water. The rich people don't care and just pay the penalties, most don't care about environment. They are happy to throw money at it when cameras are rolling.
Just to clarify, this house is in Colorado, so yes, there probably is some chemical on the lawn. However, a lot of people in Co, especially in my neighborhood, are nature nuts, so I can't imagine there's a TON of chemicals.
I really like the house, but the lawn is a bit ... uncreative. Then again, who knows how the rest of the garden looks.

There were some pretty places here, but I think the McMansions should have been left out. I think they missed the point of this post.
My original post was pot the ugliest or prettiest house in your neighborhood, but I guess the moderators changed it.
Load More Replies...Isn't it a little creepy though, to take and post online, pictures of SOMEONE ELSE'S house?
I can see why you say that, but that why I made sure to tell everyone not to include any addresses or locations!
Load More Replies...The hands down best post here is of the picture of the house they grew up in with the family standing in front and thats what makes it beautiful. Although this seems like a completely ordinary house on the outside it's what's inside that counts.
I think that’s easily the worst. It violates the spirit of the submission and just tries to pull a sob story deal to seek attention for an unrelated topic.
Load More Replies...I got nothing lol, my only neighbour buildings are the fire department, a very ugly school, and the red cross. All thick white-walled boxes against the heat.
No No No.... nothing beatiful here... I miss the nordic take on architecture... The clean lines, the reuse of materials, the dare to try something new...
Don't the USA house stand out a mile from the others? (with a couple of exceptions)
